Abstract
Description
- La présente invention concerne un échangeur de chaleur démontable entre un fluide circulant à l'intérieur de tubes horizontaux en épingles à cheveux multiples, montés sur des plaques tubulaires verticales orthogonales aux tubes, et un gaz chargé de particules solides circulant autour de ces tubes à l'intérieur d'une enceinte en forme de parallélépipède rectangle, chaque tube étant relié à l'entrée et à la sortie par des branches passant à travers des parois de l'enceinte, lesdites plaques tubulaires étant percées de fenêtres ovales formant boutonnières au droit des coudes des tubes et d'ouvertures circulaires au droit des longueurs droites des tubes.
- Ces échangeurs sont notamment utilisés pour le refroidissement de cendres issues d'un réacteur à lit fluidisé circulant, avant leur recyclage dans le réacteur.
- Ces échangeurs sont soumis à des phénomènes d'érosion par les particules circulant autour de leurs tubes, qui nécessitent des réparations fréquentes, chaque fois que l'un des tubes est percé.
- Dans un échangeur de ce type décrit dans le document US-A-4522157, pour remplacer un tube en épingles à cheveux il faut démonter une ou deux plaques tubulaires selon le tube considéré.
- Les autres tubes ne sont dès lors plus soutenus, ce qui oblige à prévoir au cours d'intervention un maintien provisoire des extrémités des épingles en remplacement de ou des plaques retirées.
- La présente invention a pour but de procurer un échangeur de chaleur de ce genre dont les réparations puissent être effectuées de façon plus simple et plus rapide, avec beaucoup moins de manutentions, et entraînent des frais bien moindres.
- L'échangeur de chaleur selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce que les fenêtres ovales sont percées au droit des coudes des tubes situés du côté de la paroi traversée par les branches et en ce que la paroi de l'enceinte opposée à celle traversée par les branches est démontable.
- De préférence les fenêtres ovales et les ouvertures circulaires sont munies de fourreaux.
- Il est décrit ci-après, à titre d'exemple et en référence aux figures du dessin annexé, un échangeur de chaleur démontable selon. l'invention.
- La figure 1 représente l'échangeur en élévation latérale, le plan de la figure étant parallèle aux plans des épingles à cheveux multiples, avec coupe de la paroi de l'enceinte.
- La figure 2 le représente en coupe entre deux plaques tubulaires, le plan de la figure étant perpendiculaire aux plans des épingles à cheveux.
- La figure 3 représente de face le détail d'une "boutonnière" de plaque tubulaire pour le passage d'un coude de tube.
- La figure 4 représente la même "boutonnière" vue de profil, avec les fourreaux de protection des tubes (détail IV de la figure 1)
- La figure 5 représente le détail d'un orifice de passage d'une longueur droite d'extrémité de tube avec son fourreau (détail V de la figure 1).
- Dans la figure 1, l'échangeur comporte une chambre garnie de réfractaire 1 autour d'un jeu 2 de tubes en épingles à cheveux multiples montés dans des plans parallèles.
- La chambre comporte sur l'un de ses côtés faisant face à l'une des plaques tubulaires une paroi démontable 3 permettant de retirer de cette chambre l'un ou l'autre des tubes en épingle à cheveux tels que 15. Sur le sol de la chambre sont disposés des injecteurs d'air de fluidisation 4.
- Le tube en épingle à cheveux multiple représenté est relié à des collecteurs d'arrivée 5 et de sortie 6 du fluide à réchauffer en échange de chaleur avec les particules solides. Des branches de tube 7 et 8 traversant la paroi relient ces collecteurs au tube en épingle à cheveux, qui comporte des longueurs droite d'arrivée 9 et de sortie 10 et des boucles telles que 11 sur sa droite et 12 sur sa gauche. Le tube est maintenu dans des plaques tubulaires fixes 13, 14, 15. Ces plaques sont reliées par des entretoises 16, 17, 18.
- Il est représenté à gauche en trait interrompu un tube en épingles à cheveux 30 sorti de l'enceinte 1 pour réparation (la porte 3 ayant été au préalable démontée à cet effet).
- On voit en figure 2 les fenêtres ovales ou "boutonnières" telles que 19 des plaques tubulaires permettant le dégagement des coudes du tube en épingle à cheveux. Les branches rectilignes d'arrivée et de sortie 9, 10 traversent les plaques tubulaires par des orifices circulaires tels que 20.
- Les figures 3 et 4 montrent à plus grande échelle les "boutonnières" 19 permettant le passage des coudes du tube à travers les plaques tubulaires 13, 14, 15. Les branches 21 et 22 passent par les extrémités inférieure et supérieure de la fenêtre 19. Les fourreaux en forme de U inférieur 23 et supérieur 24, soudés sur la plaque tubulaire par des cordons de soudure tels que 25 et 26, protègent les branches 21 et 22 contre une détérioration par l'arête de la "boutonnière" lorsque l'on retire le tube en épingle à cheveux. Des espaceurs, non représentés, maintiennent l'écartement entre les deux branches du tube au niveau de ces "boutonnières". '
- La figure 5 représente à plus grande échelle un orifice circulaire de passage de la branche rectiligne supérieure 10 du tube en épingle à cheveux. Un fourreau circulaire 27 est soudé sur les plaques tubulaires 13, 14, 15 par des cordons de soudure tels que 28. L'entretoise 18 est également soudée sur la plaque tubulaire par un cordon de soudure 29.
- Le démontage et le remontage d'un tube en épingles à cheveux multiples tel que celui représenté en figure 1 s'effectuent comme suit. On coupe les tronçons de tube 7, 8 le reliant aux collecteurs d'arrivée et de sortie 5 et 6. On démonte la paroi 3 de l'enceinte faisant face à la plaque tubulaire 13. On tire alors le tube par ses boucles telles que 12 du côté de l'ouverture dégagée dans la paroi. Les boucles telles que 11 passent à travers les fenêtres 19 des plaques tubulaires 13, 14, 15 et ses longueurs droites d'arrivée et de sortie (10 + 8) et (9 + 7) passent à travers les fourreaux circulaires tels que 27. On retire entièrement le tube de l'enceinte 1.
- On effectue alors la réparation nécessaire sur le tube, puis on procède à son remontage. A cet effet, on présente dans les "boutonnières" de la plaque tubulaire 13 les coudes tels que 11 du tube, on les fait passer à travers celles-ci, puis à travers les fenêtres correspondantes des plaques tubulaires 14, 15, cependant que les longueurs droites (10 + 8) et (9 + 7) passent à travers les fourreaux circulaires 27 de ces mêmes plaques tubulaires, puis dans les ouvertures à travers la paroi de l'enceinte en face de la plaque tubulaire 14. On soude alors à nouveau les tronçons de tube 7 et 8 pour rétablir leur liaison avec les collecteurs 5 et 6. On peut alors refermer la paroi 3 de l'enceinte faisant face à la plaque tubulaire 13 et remettre en service l'échangeur.
