Definitions
- the invention relates to a barrel-barrel weapon with at least one barrel, a breech housing with a removable lock, each barrel being assigned a firing pin guided in the breech housing and a device with which the tips of the firing pins are drawn into the breech housing when the barrel is opened or closed.
- Such a sport or hunting rifle is known from DE-OS 2 619 855 or DE 3 640 606 C1.
- a firing pin rupture is one of the most common malfunctions in such weapons.
- the firing pin is approximately axially impacted by an impact piece and the tip of the firing pin is pushed into a primer.
- a device is also provided through which the tip of the firing pin, which must protrude from the breech housing in order to ignite the cartridge, is drawn in when the barrel is tilted for loading or unloading. This is usually accomplished by a spring on the firing pin that holds the firing pin in a rear position. Such a spring makes changing a firing pin even more difficult. Extensive tools are required to replace a firing pin, combined with a partial disassembly of the weapon. A broken firing pin spring, or one that was lost during removal, is another annoyance.
- each firing pin has a notch, in the notch a pin guided in the breech housing intervenes that the firing pin cannot be removed from the lock housing when the pin is inserted, that the notch is so wide that the necessary movement of the firing pin in the lock housing is not impeded by the pin, and that the pin can be easily removed and installed from the lock housing .
- the firing pins are guided in the breech housing.
- the pin in connection with the notch limits the axial movement of the firing pin. If the pin, preferably designed as a stud screw, is removed from the lock housing, the firing pins can be "shaken out” through the lock shaft. The firing pin can be reinserted with tweezers without difficulty. An Allen key is required to remove or reinsert the pin.
- the firing pins are preferably rotationally symmetrical, and the notches on the firing pins are designed as ring grooves.
- the stops on the sides of the notch or groove, which limit the path of the firing pin, should have rounded corners and be adapted to the profile of the pin.
- the firing pin can also have further surfaces, which are opposed by corresponding edges and surfaces on the breech housing, as a result of which the firing pin can be further limited in the direction of the cartridge.
- the pin should, in relation to the firing pin, be attachable in one plane to the right and left of it, so that the right and left-handed shooters have easy access to the pin.
- a preferred device for retracting the tips of the firing pin when loading or unloading has a return plate on the locking lever shaft.
- the return plate has bevels that correspond to bevels on the firing pin.
- the path of the firing pin is preferably not by itself Shape of the notch on the firing pin limited, but also by a stop in the breech housing.
- the invention is illustrated by way of example in the drawing and further described below.
- the figure shows the area of the lock housing with two barrels arranged one above the other in the plane of the firing pin, which here is identical to the center plane of the rifle.
- the two identical rotationally symmetrical firing pins 1, 2 are guided in two places in the breech housing 3.
- the central area of a locking lever shaft 4 (the axis of which extends in the plane of the drawing) is drilled out so far that the axial movement of the firing pins 1, 2 is not hindered by them.
- the shape, the guidance and the travel limitation of the firing pins 1, 2 are characteristic.
- a relatively slender tip 5 slides in a bore 6 in the breech housing 3; the rear part of the firing pin 1, 2 is also guided.
- the front area of the firing pin 1, 2 has an annular shoulder 7 which, in conjunction with a stop 8 on the breech housing 3, serves to limit the path.
- the firing pin 1, 2 has a notch 9, which can also be regarded as an annular groove, the corners 10 advantageously being rounded off.
- the size of the notch 9 limits the path of the firing pin 1, 2 and is matched to a pin 11 which is guided somewhat offset to the level of the firing pin 1, 2 in the lock housing 3.
- the pin 11 is approximately perpendicular to the firing pin 1, 2.
- the pin can be attached to the right or left of the level of the firing pin.
- these two guides for the pin 11 should always be present in the lock housing 3, because in this way the advantageous removal of the firing pin is always possible, regardless of how the locking lever is rotated, whether it is a right or right Left-handed shooters. (The head 12 of the pin 11 is therefore always accessible when the locking lever is open.)
- the edges of the notch or annular groove 9 limit the movements of the firing pin 1, 2 when the pin 11 is inserted. However, if the pin 11 is pulled out, the firing pin 1, 2 can easily be shaken out into the space 13 that receives the lock or from there can also be easily used again.
- a return plate 14 is provided on the locking lever shaft 4 instead of return springs, through which the beveled surface when the locking lever shaft 4 is pivoted by approximately 30 degrees 15 on the return plate 14 press against a shoulder 16 on the firing pin 1, 2, and so the firing pin can be moved into the retrieved position.

<IMAGE>A firing pin (1, 2), which has a notch or annular groove (9) into which a pin (11) engages laterally, thereby limiting the axial path of the firing pin (1, 2), can be removed and installed quickly and easily , provided that the pin (11) can be removed and inserted without effort. It is also favorable to dispense with return springs on the firing pin (1, 2) and instead pulling in the firing pin (1, 2) when loading and unloading (tipping) the barrel through a return plate (14) in conjunction with the locking lever (4) to effect. <IMAGE>
Description
The invention relates to a barrel-barrel weapon with at least one barrel, a breech housing with a removable lock, each barrel being assigned a firing pin guided in the breech housing and a device with which the tips of the firing pins are drawn into the breech housing when the barrel is opened or closed.
Ein solches Sport- oder Jagdgewehr ist aus der DE-OS 2 619 855 oder der DE 3 640 606 C1 bekannt.Such a sport or hunting rifle is known from DE-OS 2 619 855 or DE 3 640 606 C1.
A firing pin rupture is one of the most common malfunctions in such weapons. The firing pin is approximately axially impacted by an impact piece and the tip of the firing pin is pushed into a primer. In the case of a drop barrel weapon, a device is also provided through which the tip of the firing pin, which must protrude from the breech housing in order to ignite the cartridge, is drawn in when the barrel is tilted for loading or unloading.
The invention has for its object to design the firing pin and their guidance so that a firing pin can be replaced in a simple manner.
The problem is solved by a barrel-action weapon of the type mentioned in the introduction in that each firing pin has a notch, in the notch a pin guided in the breech housing intervenes that the firing pin cannot be removed from the lock housing when the pin is inserted, that the notch is so wide that the necessary movement of the firing pin in the lock housing is not impeded by the pin, and that the pin can be easily removed and installed from the lock housing .
The firing pins are guided in the breech housing. The pin in connection with the notch limits the axial movement of the firing pin. If the pin, preferably designed as a stud screw, is removed from the lock housing, the firing pins can be "shaken out" through the lock shaft. The firing pin can be reinserted with tweezers without difficulty. An Allen key is required to remove or reinsert the pin.
The firing pins are preferably rotationally symmetrical, and the notches on the firing pins are designed as ring grooves. The stops on the sides of the notch or groove, which limit the path of the firing pin, should have rounded corners and be adapted to the profile of the pin. In addition, the firing pin can also have further surfaces, which are opposed by corresponding edges and surfaces on the breech housing, as a result of which the firing pin can be further limited in the direction of the cartridge.
The pin should, in relation to the firing pin, be attachable in one plane to the right and left of it, so that the right and left-handed shooters have easy access to the pin.
A preferred device for retracting the tips of the firing pin when loading or unloading has a return plate on the locking lever shaft. The return plate has bevels that correspond to bevels on the firing pin.
The path of the firing pin is preferably not by itself Shape of the notch on the firing pin limited, but also by a stop in the breech housing.
The invention is illustrated by way of example in the drawing and further described below. The figure shows the area of the lock housing with two barrels arranged one above the other in the plane of the firing pin, which here is identical to the center plane of the rifle.
The two identical rotationally
The shape, the guidance and the travel limitation of the
The edges of the notch or
Since the firing bolts must always be retracted when loading and unloading the weapon, ie when the barrel tilts, a return plate 14 is provided on the locking lever shaft 4 instead of return springs, through which the beveled surface when the locking lever shaft 4 is pivoted by approximately 30
