Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Scheibenschneidemaschine, insbesondere für knollenförmige Gemüse oder Erdfrüchte, mit einem drehlbar in einem Rotationsgehäuse gelagerten Rotor, der das Schneidgut in Drehrichtung mitnimmt und dabei gegen die Innenwandung des Rotationsgehäuses preßt, das über einen Umfangsabschnitt durch eine Klappe gebildet ist, die - bezogen auf die Drehrichtung des Rotors - an ihrem vorderen Ende verschwenkbar gelagert ist und in Öffnungsstellung mit ihrem hinteren Ende gegenüber einem ortsfest angeordneten Messer einen die Schnittdicke definierenden Schnittspalt begrenzt, zu dessen Veränderung eine die Klappe verschwenkende Verstelleinrichtung vorgesehen ist.
- Das Schneidgut wird über die geöffnete Klappe dem Messer, vorzugsweise einem Flachmesser zugeführt, so daß sich die Schnittdicke aus der Öffnungsweite der Klappe ergibt. Im Stand der Technik ist es bekannt, die Klappe über eine Gewindespindel und mehrere Hebel zu verstellen. Nachteilig hierbei ist die große Anzahl von Bauteilen sowie das unvermeidbare Spiel im Gewinde und den Lagerpunkten der Hebel.
- Der Erfindung liegt somit die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine verbesserte Ausführungsform für die Klappenverstellung zu entwickeln.
- Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß gelöst durch eine federelastische, die Klappe in zunehmende Öffnungsstellung verschwenkende Einrichtung und durch einen manuell verdrehbaren, die Klappe gegen die Wirkung der federelastischen Einrichtung beaufschlagenden Exzenter.
- Um eine exakte Verstellung vornehmen zu können, ist es zweckmäßig, wenn dem Exzenter ein Skalenring zugeordnet ist. Zur Einstellung des Nullpunktes ist es vorteilhaft, wenn Exzenter und Skalenring relativ gegeneinander verdrehbar und in der gewünschten Position gegeneinander fixierbar sind.
- Um ein unerwünschtes Verstellen des Exzenters z.B. durch Vibration der Maschine zu vermeiden, kann ein einer Verdrehung des Exzenters entgegenwirkendes Reibelement vorgesehen sein.
- Eine konstruktiv besonders einfache Lösung ist dann gegeben, wenn die federelastische Einrichtung aus zumindest einer außerhalb des Gehäuseinnenraumes angeordneten, die Klappe in radialer Richtung nach außen beaufschlagenden Druckfeder besteht.
- In der Zeichnung ist eine als Beispiel dienende Ausführungsform der Erfindung dargestellt. Es zeigen:
- Figur 1 einen Ausschnitt einer Scheibenschneidemaschine in Seitenansicht und
- Figur 2 eine Ansicht in Richtung des Pfeiles X in Figur 1.
- Die Figuren lassen von einer Scheibenschneidemaschine einen kurzen Abschnitt eines Rotationsgehäuses 10 erkennen, in dem ein nicht näher dargestellter Rotor drehbar gelagert ist, dessen
- Drehrichtung durch den Pfeil 11 gekennzeichnet ist. Ein Umfangsabschnitt des Rotationsgehäuses 10 ist durch eine Klappe 7 gebildet, die die Innenwandung des Rotationsgehäuses 10 in Drehrichtung 11 kontinuierlich fortführt, bezogen auf die Drehrichtung 11 des Rotors an ihrem vorderen Ende verschwenkbar gelagert ist und in Öffnungsstellung mit ihrem hinteren Ende gegenüber einem ortsfest angeordneten Flachmesser 9 einen die Schnittdicke definierenden Schnittspalt 12 begrenzt.
- Vorgesehen ist ferner eine federelastische, die Klappe 7 in zunehmende Öffnungsstellung verschwenkende Einrichtung 8, die bei dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel aus zwei außerhalb des Gehäuseinnenraumes angeordneten, die Klappe 7 in radialer Richtung nach außen drückenden Druckfedern besteht.
- Zur Veränderung des Schnittspaltes 12 ist ein manuell verdrehbarer, auf einer Achse 6 sitzender Exzenter 1 vorgesehen, der die Klappe 7 auf der der federelastischen Einrichtung 8 gegenüberliegenden Seite von außen gegen die Wirkung dieser federelastischen Einrichtung 8 beaufschlagt. Dem Exzenter 1 ist ein Skalenring 2 zugeordnet. Zur Einstellung des Nullpunktes kann der Exzenter 1 durch Lösen einer den Exzenter gegenüber der Achse 6 fixierenden Madenschraube 5 dadurch eingestellt werden, daß der Skalenring 2 relativ gegenüber dem Exzenter 1 verdreht wird. Nach erfolgter Nullpunkt-Einstellung wird der Exzenter 1 durch Anziehen der Madenschraube 5 wieder auf der Achse 6 und damit gegenüber dem Skalenring 2 fixiert.
- Die Achse 6 ist stirnseitig von einem Achsdeckel 3 abgedeckt, in den ein Reibelement 4 eingelegt ist, das eine Tellerfeder oder ein Elastomer sein kann und reibend an der Stirnseite der Achse 6 anliegt, um so eine unbeabsichtigte Verstellung des Exzenters 1 zu vermeiden.
