Aus DE-PS 32 25 015 ist eine Vorrichtung zum Reinigen von Förderrinnen mittels rotierender Ketten bekannt. Diese Vorrichtung ist mit Rädern, die beiderseits der Rinne in Schienen geführt werden, längs der Rinne verfahrbar. Die dort gezeigte Anordnung von zwei Führungsschienen in Form breiter Rinnen für die vier Räder ist jedoch unzweckmäßig. Unter der Hitzeeinwirkung von flüssigem Metall und heißer Schlacke verformt sich der Hallenboden und insbesondere der Untergrund neben der Rinne, was zu bleibenden Verformungen der in oder auf diesem Untergrund fest angeordneten oder ausgebildeten Schienen führt, so daß eine einwandfreie Spurführung parallel zur Rinne und eine gleichmäßige Auflage aller Räder nicht zu erreichen ist. Unregelmäßigkeiten des Fahrweges erschweren nicht nur die Bedienung der Vorrichtung, sondern beeinflussen auch den Reinigungsvorgang nachteilig. Außerdem ergeben derartige Schienen beim Betrieb der Rinne eine erhöhte Unfallgefahr. Es ist selbstverständlich bekannt, daß eine Dreipunkt-Auflage auch auf unebenem Boden die stabile Stellung eines Gegenstandes gewährleistet. Im vorliegenden Fall ist jedoch das Fahrgestell der Vorrichtung, dessen Baulänge im Verhältnis zu seiner Breite relativ kurz ist, auf einem sich unter Wärmeeinflüssen laufend verändernden Untergrund möglichst parall zur Rinnenmitte zu führen. Diese Veränderungen führen nicht nur zu Höhenunterschieden der Auflage für die Schiene, sondern auch zu Veränderungen der Spurweite, wenn zwei Schienen verwendet werden. Dabei ist zu beachten, daß aus dem Putzvorgang auch Seitenkräfte auf das Fahrgestell wirken. Die vorliegende Erfindung löst dieses Problem in einer einfachen, auch für den rauhen Betrieb an beispielsweise einem Hochofen geeigneten Weise. Die erfindungsgemäße Führung des Gestells ist insbesondere auch vorteilhaft gegenüber schienenlosen Vorrrichtungen wie beispielsweise Baggerfahrzeugen, an denen ein Putzkopf montiert wird.It is of course known that a three-point support ensures the stable position of an object even on uneven ground. Die Stützrolle 23 kann einen größeren Durchmesser als die Räder 21 haben, so daß sie über Unebenheiten des Untergrundes leichter hinwegrollt. Ein getrennter Antrieb beider Räder 21 hat den Vorteil, daß selbst in dem Fall, daß das Gestell 5 irgendwo aufsitzt und eines der Räder 21 von der Schiene 20 abgehoben wird, noch ein Antrieb über das andere Rad 21 möglich ist, so daß es bei der Beseitigung der aufgetretenen Schwierigkeit wenigstens mitwirken kann. Hierbei ist zu beachten, daß der Bereich der Förderrinne auch während des Reinigungsvorganges noch so heiß ist, daß er nicht ohne weiteres zugänglich ist.On one side of the

Claims (3)
- Device for cleaning channels with a refractory coating for molten metals and slags by means of chains (2) disposed on a rotating drum (1), with a rail-guided running gear (5) displaceable longitudinally along the channel, characterised in that a single easily-removable guide rail (20) is disposed on one side of the channel (3), the running gear (5) has, on the side of the guide rail (20) two wheels (21), of which at least one is driven by a traction motor (29), and has two pairs of lateral guide rollers (22) which are rotatable about vertical axes, and, on the free side a free-wheeling support roller (23), and in that the guide rail (20) has on its underside guide bolts (24), which may be inserted into slots (25), extending parallel to the centre of the channel (3), in metal plates (26).
