Claims (7)

  1. Disjoncteur de protection de ligne à interruption simple, se composant
       d'un déclencheur à maximum de courant (7);
       d'un mécanisme interrupteur (15) qui peut être actionné par le déclencheur à maximum de courant (7) et manuellement;
       d'un dispositif d'extinction d'arc comportant un empilage de tôles d'extinction (2) qui est délimité par des rails de guidage d'arc (5, 6); et
       d'un système de contacts qui est prévu du côté frontal devant l'empilement de tôles d'extinction (2) dans une chambre d'extinction d'arc électrique et qui comprend un contact fixe (3) et un contact mobile (4), le contact fixe (3) étant relié galvaniquement à une borne de connexion (10) par l'intermédiaire du déclencheur à maximum de courant (7), le contact mobile (4) étant relié galvaniquement à une borne de connexion (12) par l'intermédiaire d'un rail de guidage d'arc (5, 5a; 5, 5b), et un point d'appui (11) pour le contact mobile (4) étant forme sur le rail de guidage d'arc (5a),
       caractérisé
       en ce que le contact mobile (4) comporte, à son extrémité libre, une partie conductrice qui est coudée jusqu'au point de contact des contacts et qui s'étend à peu près parallèlement à une partie conductrice qui relie le déclencheur à maximum de courant (7) au contact fixe (3), et
       en ce que, pour accroître la pression au point d'appui (11) du contact mobile (4) et pour qu'un couple de rotation soit exercé sur le contact mobile (4), dans le sens de l'ouverture, par les forces électromagnétiques exercées sur les parties conductrices parallèles, la partie conductrice coudée du contact mobile (4) forme une tangente à un cercle dont le centre se trouve dans la région du point d'appui (11).
  2. Disjoncteur de protection de ligne selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie conductrice qui relie le déclencheur à maximum de courant (7) au contact fixe (3) forme, dans la région de l'arrivée de courant au point de contact, un angle obtus avec la surface de contact des contacts, ce qui donne lieu, avec l'extrémité libre du contact mobile (4), à un tracé en U pour la conduction du courant, l'axe du U étant à peu près parallèle à la surface de fixation du disjoncteur de protection de ligne ou aux tôles d'extinction de celui-ci.
  3. Disjoncteur de protection de ligne selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, pour la production d'un couple de rotation agissant sur le contact mobile (4) dans le sens de l'ouverture des contacts au moyen de forces électromagnétiques répulsives, le rail de guidage d'arc (5) réalisé sous forme de point d'appui (11) pour le contact mobile (4) présente un segment qui s'étend à proximité immédiate du contact mobile et parallèlement à celui-ci.
  4. Disjoncteur de protection de ligne selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les segments parallèles du rail de guidage d'arc (5) et du contact mobile (4) sont disposés à peu près perpendiculairement aux tôles d'extinction et au plan de fixation du disjoncteur de protection de ligne et s'étendent en direction du point d'appui (11).
  5. Disjoncteur de protection de ligne selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'afin d'éviter que la racine de l'arc touche le point d'appui (11), le contact mobile (4) est monté pivotant au point d'appui (11), du côté du rail de guidage d'arc (5) orienté à l'opposé de l'empilement de tôles d'extinction (2).
  6. Disjoncteur de protection de ligne selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le contact mobile (4) est pressé contre le contact fixe (3), dans la position de fermeture, par un ressort de contact (13) prenant appui dans le boîtier (14), ressort dont la direction d'action passe à proximité du point d'appui (11) et qui a en plus pour effet de repousser le contact mobile (4) dans le point d'appui (11), le contact mobile (4) n'ayant pas de liaison mécanique avec le mécanisme interrupteur (15).
  7. Disjoncteur de protection de ligne selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les contacts (3, 4) du système de contacts sont reliés galvaniquement, sans câble torsadé , à leurs bornes de connexion respectives (10, 12).
