Claims (10)
- Anlage zum Herstellen von mehreren Raumzellen, die eine Baueinheit bilden sollen, durch deren Herstellung Seite an Seite durch Gießen einer Betonplatte auf einer Werkbank, die parallele Elemente zur Unterteilung dieser Platte zwischen zwei aneinandergrenzenden Raumzellen aufweist, nachdem senkrechte Fertigplatten für jede Zelle angebracht wurden, um die Auffenwände zu bilden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Unterteilungselemente (4) der Bodenplatten (3) der Raumzellen (2) auf der Werkbank mit Hilfe von Befestigungsmitteln abnehmbar befestigt werden, die es ermöglichen, sie in verschiedenen Stellungen zu arretieren, je nach der für diese Zellen vorgesehenen Größe, daß diese Unterteilungselemente (4) an ihren Enden eine Vorrichtung zum provisorischen Arretieren der beiden an beiden Seiten angeordneten Fertigplatten (19) aufweisen, wobei jede dieser Vorrichtungen aus einer Stange (20), deren Fuß in einer verstellbaren Position auf dem entsprechenden Unterteilungselement befestigt werden kann, und einer längenverstellbaren Außenstrebe (21) besteht. - Anlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Reihe von verstellbaren Schalungsvorrichtungen aufweist, die auf der Werkbank (1) zwischen den Elementen (4) zur Unterteilung der Bodenplatten (3) der Raumzellen angeordnet sind, um die unteren Schalungen dieser Bodenplatten (3) zu bilden, wobei die Kanten von jeder dieser Schalungen von Profilen (38 - 39) gebildet werden, die aufeinander gleitend montiert sind, so daß sie eine verstellbare Länge aufweisen, während die obere Wandung von Platten (35) von mehr oder weniger grober Länge gebildet wird, die abnehmbar auf den oberen Kanten der gleitenden Profile (38 - 39) angeordnet sind.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Enden der Elemente (4) zur Unterteilung der Bodenplatten (3) der Raumzellen (2) eine senkrechte Wange (14) aufweisen, die quer angeordnet ist und mit Löchern (15) durchbohrt ist, die es ermöglichen, über die gesamte Länge der Kanten jeder Raumzelle Bewehrungseisen (16) zu spannen, um die entsprechenden Träger (17) zur Umrandung der Bodenplatten (3) der Raumzellen mit der Technik vorgespannten Betons herzustellen.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Verankerungsmittel (48) vorgesehen sind, die dazu bestimmt sind, in die Enden der Raumzellen (2) eingebaut zu werden, und die geeignet sind, Befestigungsbeschläge (46) aufzunehmen, die deren einzelnes Anheben nach der Herstellung ermöglichen, wobei die Elemente (4) zur Unterteilung der Bodenplatten an Ort und Stelle zurückbleiben.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die abnehmbaren Befestigungsmittel der Unterteilungselemente (4) der Bodenplatten (3) der Raumzellen (2) mehrere Reihen von Löchern (7) beinhalten, die eines nach dem anderen auf der Werkbank (1) vorgesehen sind, um mehrere unterschiedliche Positionen für diese Elemente (4) zu definieren, wobei diese Löcher dazu bestimmt sind, abnehmbare Befestigungsstifte (9) aufzunehmen, die des weiteren in Sitzen (10) eingreifen, die an den Enden dieser Unterteilungselemente (4) ausgeführt sind.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Werkbank (1) neben den Reihen von Löchern (7), die gegenüber den Enden der Unterteilungselemente (4) vorgesehen sind, weitere Reihen von Löchern (13) aufweist, die längs ihrer Mittellinie verlaufen und dazu bestimmt sind, abnehmbare Stifte aufzunehmen, die die Befestigung der Unterteilungselemente (4) in ihrer Mitte gewährleisten.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stange (20) jeder Vorrichtung zum provisorischen Arretieren von Fertigplatten (19) an ihrem Fuß einen Gabelbügel (22) aufweist, der auf die Oberkante des entsprechenden Elements (4) zur Unterteilung der Bodenplatten aufgesteckt ist, wobei dieser Gabelbügel in verschiedenen Stellungen durch Eingreifen eines Stifts (23) in eines oder ein anderes einer Reihe von Löchern (24), die in diesem Element (4) vorgesehen sind, befestigt werden kann.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stange (20) jeder Vorrichtung zum provisorischen Arretieren von Fertigplatten (19) an ihrem oberen Teil zwei Haken (29) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt sind, in dem vorhandenen Zwischenraum zwischen zwei dieser Platten angeordnet zu werden, um an der Innenseite der einen und der anderen von diesen festgehakt zu werden.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterteilungselemente (4) der Bodenplatten der Raumzellen elektrische Heizwiderstände (42) aufweisen, die dazu bestimmt sind, das Festwerden des Betons zu beschleunigen.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese zwei Werkbänke (1) zur Herstellung von Raumzellen (2) aufweist, die Seite an Seite angeordnet sind und jeweils die gleiche Ausrüstung aufweisen.
