Definitions
- Such induction loops are widely used in road traffic and generally in automatically controlled electrical switchgear. They are used, for example, to switch traffic lights automatically as soon as a vehicle has an inductor onsschleife drives away and thus induces a voltage change in the loop, this voltage change being detected by an electronic control circuit and used in a desired control signal, for example for actuating a traffic light, a parking garage barrier or the like.
