An jedem Längsendbereich des mittigen Längsträgers ist eine in dessen Längsrichtung verschiebbare und aus einem Flaschenzug gebildete Schwellen-Ablagevorrichtung mit zur Anlage an einer Schwellenunterseite ausgebildeten Tragwinkeln vorgesehen. Maschinenlängsrichtung verlaufende Achse verschwenkbar sind. Eine vom Sammel-Förderband auf die beiden Rollenbahnen übergebene Schwelle wird an beiden Stirnflächen durch verschwenkbare Greiferarme erfaßt, wonach die an der Schwellenunterseite befindlichen Rollenbahnen weggeschwenkt werden. Dies hat allerdings den Nachteil, daß die von der Greifvorrichtung erfaßte Schwelle auf Grund des für die Schwenkbewegung der Rollenbahnen erforderlichen Platzes relativ hoch über dem Schotterbettniveau liegt und eine relativ große Strecke frei herabfällt. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß eine zur Anlage an eine Längsseite einer auf der Schwellen-Haltevorrichtung befindlichen Schwelle ausgebildete Schwellen-Schleppeinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die über den vorzugsweise gesamten Längsbereich der Haltevorrichtung mittels eines Antriebes in Richtung zu der endseitig angeordneten Schwellen-Ablagevorrichtung längsverschiebbar ausgebildet ist. Durch die Kombination einer in Längsrichtung verschiebbaren Schwellen-Schleppeinrichtung mit einer endseitig angeordneten Schwellen-Ablagevorrichtung ist eine besonders leistungsfähige Schwellenablage unter kontinuierlicher Weiterfahrt der Schwellenverlege-Einrichtung erzielbar. Dabei ist in besonders vorteilhafter Weise parallel zur Erfassung und Ablage der vordersten, an die Schwellen-Greifvorrichtung anschließenden Schwelle auch eine Längsverschiebung der durch die Schwellen-Haltevorrichtung gehaltenen Schwellen mit Hilfe der Schleppeinrichtung durchführbar. Auf diese Weise liegt die vorderste, zu erfassende und abzulegende Schwelle immer in derselben Position, so daß beispielsweise der Verschiebeweg der Schwellen-Greifvorrichtung zur Durchführung der Schwellen-Ablage immer konstant und möglichst kurz ist. Die Messung des auf den Lehrschienen 7 zurückgelegten Weges während der Schwellenverlegung erfolgt durch ein auf der Lehrschiene 7 abrollbares Wegmeßrad 13. Das Querjoch 9 ist über jeweils in den Seitenwangen 8 angeordnete Antriebe 14 höhenverstellbar, deren Hubhöhe im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel 1,7 m beträgt. Dieser bewirkt eine Längsverschiebung der Mitnehmer 23 der Schleppeinrichtung 21, so daß sämtliche auf den Halteschienen 15 gelagerten Schwellen 22 in Richtung zum Übergabebereich bis zum Anschlag 30 längsverschoben werden. Sobald dieser durch die vorderste Schwelle 22 berührt wird, erfolgt ein entsprechender Steuerimpuls zum Abschalten des Antriebes 24 der Schleppeinrichtung 21. Unter kontinuierlicher Weiterfahrt des Portalrahmens 2 in Richtung des Pfeiles 33 wiederholt sich der beschriebene Ablegevorgang, indem die nunmehr vorderste Schwelle 22 wieder durch die Greifvorrichtung 27 erfaßt, längsverschoben und nach Erreichen des richtigen Schwellenabstandes fallengelassen wird. Nach Ablegung der letzten, auf der Schwellen-Haltevorrichtung 5 gelagerten Schwelle 22 wird der Portalrahmen 2 wieder über den bereitgestellten Schwellen-Verladewagen verfahren und die oberste Schwellenlage zur weiteren Verlegung abgehoben.In the meantime, the stop 30 was folded back over the horizontal leg 18 of the holding rail 15 and the drive 24 was acted upon. In Fig. 4 und 5 ist in vereinfachter Form ein weiteres Ausführungsbeispiel einer Schwellen-Ablagevorrichtung 34 dargestellt. An den Endbereichen der Halteschienen 35 sind zur Auflage der beiden Längsendbereiche der zu verlegenden Schwelle 36 ausgebildete Abstützleisten 37 angeordnet, die mit Hilfe eines Antriebes 38 jeweils um eine in Längsrichtung der Halteschienen 35 bzw. des Längsträgers verlaufende Achse 39 verschwenkbar sind. Die auf den Halteschienen 35 gelagerten Schwellen 36 werden mit Hilfe einer erfindungsgemäßen Schleppeinrichtung bis zu einem Anschlag 40 verschoben. Nach Erreichen des richtigen Schwellenabstandes unter kontinuierlicher Weiterfahrt des Portalrahmens erfolgt über das Wegmeßrad ein entsprechender Impuls an den Antrieb 38, worauf die beiden Abstützleisten 37 in die in Fig.5 mit strichpunktierten Linien dargestellte Lage verschwenkt werden. In weiterer Folge fällt die vorderste Schwelle 36 auf das Schotterbett 41. Claims (10)

  1. An apparatus for laying sleepers of a track with at least one gantry frame movable on auxiliary rails and having a longitudinal beam, with a vertically adjustable sleeper-holding device designed for lateral abutment against the two sleeper ends, and a sleeper-placing device disposed on the longitudinal beam in the longitudinal end region of the said sleeper-holding device, characterised in that there is provided a sleeper-hauling apparatus (21) designed for abutment against a longitudinal side of a sleeper (22) located on the sleeper-holding device (5) and designed to be longitudinally displaceable over preferably the whole longitudinal region of the holding device (5) by means of a drive (24) in the direction of the sleeper-placing device (4) disposed at the end.
  2. An apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that the sleeper-hauling apparatus (21) is composed of at least one driver (23) which is provided for abutment against a longitudinal side of the sleepers located on the sleeper-holding device (5) and which is connected to a continuous chain (25) arranged on the longitudinal beam (3) and displaceable in the longitudinal direction by way of a drive (24).
  3. An apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the sleeper-placing device (4) adjoining the sleeper-hauling apparatus (21) is composed of a sleeper-gripping device (27) which is adjustable in the manner of tongs transversely to the longitudinal-direction of the longitudinal beam (3) by way of a drive (26), and which is mounted so as to be displaceable in a longitudinal guide (29) by means of a drive (28).
  4. An apparatus according to claim 3, characterised in that the longitudinal guide (29) of the sleeper-gripping device (27) is designed to project over one longitudinal end region of the sleeper-holding device (5) which is designed in the form of L-shaped holding bars (15).
  5. An apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the longitudinal guide (29) of the sleeper-gripping device (27) is designed to be parallel to the sleeper-transporting plane formed by the two holding bars (15) of the sleeper-holding device (5), and the longitudinal beam (3), vertically displaceable by way of drives (14), together with the hauling apparatus (21) may be lowered to immediately above the ballast bed level of the sleepers to be laid or possibly of the top of the rail of the auxiliary rails (7).
  6. An apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that a distance measuring wheel (13) connected with the gantry frame (2) is designed to act on transverse displacement drives (26) of the sleeper-gripping device (27) provided for simultaneous abutment against the two sleeper end regions.
  7. An apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that in the transfer region (20) of the sleeper to be placed from the sleeper-holding device (5) on to the sleeper-gripping device (27), a stop (30) which is designed for abutment against the sleeper (22) located on the two holding bars (15) and and which is foldable away by way of a remotely controllable pulse is connected to the sleeper-holding device (5).
  8. An apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that disposed between the longitudinal beam (3) and the sleeper-hauling apparatus (21) or the sleeper-holding device (5) is a stop- or damping bar which is connected to drives secured to the longitudinal beam (3) for changing the spacing with respect to the holding bars (15) of the sleeper-holding device (5).
  9. An apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the sleeper-placing device (34) adjoining the sleeper-hauling apparatus is composed of two supporting bars (37) which are designed to support the two longitudinal end regions of the sleeper (36) to be laid, and which are disposed in the longitudinal end region of the L-shaped holding bars (35) and are each capable of swivelling by means of a drive (38) about the axis (39) extending in the longitudinal direction of the longitudinal beam.
  10. A method for the continuous laying of sleepers on a ballast bed with an apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that a number of sleepers disposed in a horizontal plane on a loading vehicle are picked up and are lowered in the course of transportation to the laying location until they are immediately above the ballast bed level, whereupon, with the sleeper-laying apparatus (1) moving on continuously, the sleepers are placed one after the other in the desired sleeper spacing and at the same time the sleepers still located on the sleeper-holding device (5) are intermittently moved in the direction of the laying location.
