Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zum Steuern des Durchlaufspeicherbetriebes bei einem von einer Wärmequelle beheizbaren Durchlaufspeicher für einen Kombi-Wasserheizer mit Brauchwasseraufbereitung und Raumheizung, insbesondere für ein Gaswandheizgerät, mit einem Speicher mit Sekundär-Wärmetauscher, durch den das Brauchwasser vom Heizwasser erwärmt wird und einem Zusatzspeicher, wobei der Speicher und der Zusatzspeicher über eine Warmwasser-Verbindungsleitung und über eine Kaltwasser-Verbindungsleitung parallelgeschaltet sind, mit einer Zapfarmatur mit Wasserschalter sowie mit einem Drei-Wege-Ventil für das Umschalten von Heiz- und Brauchwasserbetrieb über eine Regeleinheit.
  • Bei derartigen Anlagen mit Durchlaufspeichern kann man drei Betriebsphasen unterscheiden:
  • Den Anlaufbetrieb, der bei Zapfbeginn mit der Mindestzapfmenge startet und mit Erreichen der vollen Wärmetauscherleistung endet, den Durchlaufbetrieb, der sich dem thermischen Anlauf anschließt und eine zeitlich unbegrenzte Wasserentnahme gewährleistet und den Nachladebetrieb, der den Speicherinhalt innerhalb vorgegebener Schranken thermisch in Bereitschaft hält, um bei Zapfbeginn die noch fehlende Leistung des Wärmetauschers auszugleichen.
  • Bei diesen Geräten ist für die Brauchwassererwärmung ein Sekundär-Wärmetauscher vorgesehen, in dem das Brauchwasser durch Heizwasser erwärmt wird. Beim Zapfen von Brauchwasser wird durch einen Wasserschalter das elektrische Drei-Wege-Ventil betätigt und das Heizwasser über den Sekundärwärmetauscher geleitet. Zur Überbrückung des Leistungsdefizites bei Zapfbeginn während des thermischen Anlaufs muß ein ausreichend großer Speicherraum mit Brauchwasser von ausreichend hoher Temperatur zur Verfügung stehen. Ein solcher Speicher, der über einen parallelgeschalteten Heizwasser-/ Brauchwasser-Wärmetauscher aufgeheizt wird, ist beispielsweise aus der DE-OS 2201 628 bekanntgeworden. Große Speicher sind jedoch sowohl bau- als auch heizungstechnisch nicht besonders vorteilhaft.
  • Bei einem in der DE-OS 17 58 298 beschriebenen Haushalts-Warmwasserbereiter sind ein vom Kesselwasser beaufschlagter Durchlauferhitzer und ein Brauchwasser-Vorratsbehälter zueinander parallel geschaltet. Zur Aufheizung des Vorratsbehälters ist eine Zirkulationssteuerung in der Warmwasser-Verbindungsleitung zwischen dem Durchlauferhitzer und dem Vorratsbehälter vorgesehen. Die Brauchwasserentnahme erfolgt in Abhängigkeit von der Entnahmemenge in bestimmten Anteilen sowohl aus dem Durchlauferhitzer als auch aus dem Vorratsbehälter. Durch diese Kombination ist bei Dauerbetrieb die Entnahme einer großen Wassermenge pro Zeiteinheit bei relativ hoher Auslauftemperatur möglich. Nachteilig dabei ist, daß bei Zapfbeginn die Entnahme aus dem Durchlauferhitzer dominiert, so daß wunschgemäß temperiertes Brauchwasser erst nach einer Anlaufphase zur Verfügung steht. Außerdem ist auch bei diesem System ein relativ großer Vorratsbehälter erforderlich.
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Vorrichtung anzugeben, durch welche eine Brauchwasserbereitstellung bei Kombigeräten möglich ist, die mit einem Minimum an Speicherraum, Sensorik und Aktorik auskommt, die sich durch eine schnelle Verfügbarkeit, eine hohe Auslauftemperaturkonstanz und eine unbegrenzte Entnahmemenge auszeichnet.
  • Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe gelingt, indem in der Kaltwasser-Verbindungsleitung ein Drei-Wege-Umsteuerventil angeordnet ist, welches dem Wasserschalter in der Kaltwasserleitung nachgeschaltet ist und das Drei-Wege-Umsteuerventil mit einem Ventilantrieb versehen ist, der elektrisch und/oder thermisch derart steuerbar ist, daß bei Ruhestellung des Drei-Wege-Umsteuerventiles die Flußrichtung von der Kaltwasserleitung zum Zusatzspeicher freigegeben ist, bei beginnendem Zapfbetrieb kontinuierlich der Strömungsdurchfluß zum Zusatzspeicher vermindert wird, während der Strömungsdurchfluß zum Speicher erhöht wird, wobei die Summe der Teilströme zum Speicher und zum Zusatzspeicher konstant, bei Stellung im Durchlaufbetrieb die Flußrichtung von der Kaltwasserleitung zum Speicher voll freigegeben ist und bei Stellung des Drei-Wege-Umsteuerventiles im Nachladebetrieb die Flußrichtung der Kaltwasser-Verbindungsleitung zwischen dem Speicher und dem Zusatzspeicher freigegeben und gegebenenfalls die Flußrichtung von der Kaltwasserleitung gesperrt ist.
  • Durch diese Maßnahme wird trotz relativ kleiner Speicherbereiche von Zapfbeginn an eine im wesentlichen konstante Brauchwassertemperatur erzielt, welche auch über eine längere Zapfdauer problemlos aufrechterhalten werden kann.
  • Um der Trägheit während der Anlaufphase besser gerecht zu werden, ist gemäß einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung vorgesehen, daß der Ventilantrieb mit einem Zeitglied verbunden ist, welches das kontinuierliche Umsteuern der Teil ströme während des Zapfbeginns nach einer definierten Anfangsverzögerung, die von den jeweiligen Gerätedaten, wie Speicherkapazität, Heizvermögen und dergleichen abhängig ist, einleitet.
  • Weitere Einzelheiten, Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung werden anhand der nachfolgenden Beschreibung unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnung näher erläutert. Die Zeichnung zeigt schematisch eine Ausführungsform eines Kombi-Wasserheizers.
  • Der Kombi-Wasserheizer weist einen von einem Brenner 1 beheizten Primär-Wärmetauscher 2 auf, der an eine mit einer Umwälzpumpe 3 versehene Rücklaufleitung 4 und eine Vorlaufleitung 5 angeschlossen ist, wobei letztere einen Vorlauf-Temperaturfühler 6 aufweist, der an eine Meßleitung 7 angeschlossen ist, die zu einem Eingang einer Regeleinheit 8 führt. In der Rücklaufleitung 4 ist weiters ein Dreiwege-Ventil 9 angeordnet, welches über einen Motorantrieb 10 betätigbar ist. Der Motorantrieb 10 des Dreiwege-Ventiles 9 bezieht seine Stellenergie über eine Leitung 11 von der Regeleinheit 8. Im Dreiwege-Ventil 9 münden die Heizwasser-Rücklaufleitung 12, die von einem nicht dargestellten Heizungssystem, z.B. von Heizkörpern, kommt und die Wärmetauscher-Rücklaufleitung 13, welche von einem Sekundär-Wärmetauscher 17 im Speicher 14 zum Wasserheizer zurückführt. Die Vorlaufleitung 5 teilt sich in einem T-Stück in die Heizungsvorlaufleitung 15 und die Wärmetauscher-Vorlaufleitung 16, die in den Durchlaufspeicher 14 zum Wärmetauscher 17 führt, auf.
  • Der Brenner 1 wird über eine Gasleitung 27, über ein Gasventil 28, das durch einen Magnet antrieb 29 gesteuert wird, sowie über eine Gasregeleinrichtung mit Gas versorgt.Der Magnet antrieb 29 ist durch eine Stelleitung 31, ein Brennerglebläse 30 durch eine Leitung 32 mit der Regeleinheit 8 verbunden. Weiters sind dem Brenner 1 noch, nicht näher dargestellte Einrichtungen, wie Zündeinrichtung, Flammenmeldeeinrichtung usw., zugeordnet.
  • Im Speicher 14, der als Brauchwasserspeicher mit entsprechender Isolation ausgebildet ist, ist der Sekundär-Wärmetauscher 17, beispielsweise in Form einer Glattrohrschlange aus Kupferrohren, angeordnet. Koaxial in der Glattrohrschlange sind Einbauten 18 zur Strömungsführung befestigt. Der Anschluß für die Kaltwasserzuleitung ist im unteren Bereich des Speichers 14 vorgesehen.
  • Neben dem Speicher 14 mit dem Sekundär-Wärmetauscher 17 ist ein weiterer Speicher 19 angeordnet. Ein Temperaturfühler 34 dieses Speichers 19 ist über eine Leitung 35 mit der Regeleinheit 8 verbunden. Die beiden Speicher 14 und 19 sind in ihrem oberen Bereich durch eine Warmwasser-Verbindungsleitung 33 und in ihrem unteren Bereich durch eine Kaltwasser-Verbindungsleitung 36 miteinander verbunden und so zwischen der Kaltwasserleitung 25 und der Brauchwasserleitung 24 parallelgeschaltet. Die Brauchwasserleitung 24 ist direkt an die Warmwasser-Verbindungsleitung 33 angeschlossen, wogegen die Kaltwasserleitung 25 über ein Dreiwege-Umsteuerventil 37 mit der Kaltwasser-Verbindungsleitung 36 verbunden ist. Das Umsteuerventil 37 ist durch einen elektrisch und/oder thermisch über eine Leitung 39 gesteuerten Ventilantrieb 38 betätigbar. In der Kaltwasserleitung 25 ist ein Wasserschalter 21 mit Temperaturwähler und Mikroschalter 23, welcher über eine Leitung 40 mit der Regeleinheit 8 verbunden ist, angeordnet. Bei Zapfbetrieb, d.h. wenn über eine Zapfarmatur der Brauchwasserleitung 24 Warmwasser entnommen wird, strömt Kaltwasser durch die Kaltwasserleitung 25 über den Wasserschalter 21 nach. Durch den Druckunterschied löst der Mikroschalter 23 des Wasserschalters 21 durch Signale über die Leitung 40 an die Regeleinheit 8 den Brauchwasserbetrieb aus.
  • Die Dimensionierung der beiden Speicher 14 und 19 hängt vor allem von der maximal möglichen Zapfmenge, von der Anlaufzeit auf der Beheizungsseite sowie von den Kennlinien des Dreiwege-Umsteuerventiles 37 ab.
  • Der Durchlaufspeicherbeitrieb mit den beiden parallelgeschalteten Speichern 14 und 19 funktioniert wie folgt:
  • Bei einem Zapfbetrieb durch öffnen des Zapfventiles 20 und Überschreiten des Mindestzapfdurchsatzes wird über den Mikroschalter 23 des Wasserschalters 21 der Brauchwasservorrangbetrieb ausgelöst. Das Dreiwege-Ventil 9 wird über die Regeleinheit 8 vom Motor 10 auf den Ladekreis umgesteuert. Gleichzeitig wird über die Regeleinheit 8 das Brennergebläse 30 und nach Ablauf der Spülzeit das Gasventil 28 sowie die Zündeinrichtung angesteuert und der Brenner 1 geht in Betrieb. Das dem Wasserschalter 21 nachgeordnete Umsteuerventil 37 steht bei Zapfbeginn in Flußrichtung auf den Speicher 19 , sodaß der volle Zapfdurchsatz zunächst über den Speicher 19 zur Zapfstelle abfließt. Mit einer definierten Anfangsverzögerung durch ein Zeitglied in der Regeleinheit 8 steuert der Ventilantrieb 38 die Flußrichtung kontinuierlich und innerhalb einer vorgegebenen Zeit auf den Speicher 14 mit dem Sekundär-Wärmetauscher 17 um. Dabei sind die Strömungswiderstände innerhalb der Leitungsführung so abgestimmt, daß die Summe der Teilströme gleichbleibt. Der Ventilantrieb 38 des Umsteuerventiles 37 kann sowohl elektrisch, z.B. mittels Motor oder elekrisch beheiztem Dehnstoffkörper, als auch thermisch, beispielsweise durch Flüssigkeitsfühler, Dehnkörper oder dgl., oder aus einer Kombination von beiden realisiert sein.
  • Oberhalb des Wärmetauschers 17 im Speicher 14 ist noch ein Speicherraum 22 vorgesehen, der ebenso wie der Raum des Speichers 19 zur Überbrückung des Leistungsdefizits bei Zapfbeginn dient. Darüber hinaus nimmt er im Durchlaufbetrieb die Funktion eines Dämpfers wahr, der die bei taktend betriebenem Brenner 1 unvermeidlichen Temperaturschwingungen des Warmwassers auf ein akzeptables Maß verringert.
  • Nach Beendigung des Zapfbetriebes erfolgt zunächst ein Nachladen des Speichers 19. Der Nachladebetrieb wird ausgelöst und beendet durch den Temperaturführler 34 im Speicher 19. Während des Nachladebetriebs befindet sich das Umsteuerventil 37 in einer Mittelstellung, sodaß die Speicher 14 und 19 über die Kaltwasser-Verbindungsleitung 36 verbunden sind. Da die Speicher 14 und 19 in ihrem oberen Bereich über die Warmwasser-Verbindungsleitung 33 permanent in Verbindung stehen, setzt aufgrund der Dichteunterschiede der jeweiligen Wasserinhalte eine Zirkulationsströmung ein, die das im Speicher 14 erwärmte Brauchwasser in den Zusatzspeicher 19 abfließen läßt und das kühlere Wasser des Speichers 19 dem Speicher 14 von unten zuführt. Mit Beendigung des Nachladevorganges steuert das Ventil 37 wieder in die anfängliche Ruheposition um. Das Heizgerät bedient wieder die Heizung oder geht im Sommerbetrieb in Bereitschaftsstellung.

Claims (2)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Steuern des Durchlaufbetriebes bei einem von einer Wärmequelle beheizbaren Durchlaufspeicher für einen Kombi-Wasserheizer mit Brauchwasseraufbereitung und Raumheizung, insbesondere für ein Gaswandheizgerät, mit einem Speicher mit Sekundär-Wärmetauscher, durch den das Brauchwasser vom Heizwasser erwärmt wird und einem Zusatzspeicher, wobei der Speicher und der Zusatzspeicher über eine Warmwasser-Verbindungsleitung und über eine Kaltwasser-Verbindungsleitung parallelgeschaltet sind, mit einer Zapfarmatur mit Wasserschalter sowie mit einem Drei-Wege-Ventil für das Umschalten von Heiz- auf Brauchwasserbetrieb über eine Regeleinheit, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Kaltwasser-Verbindungsleitung (36) ein Drei-Wege-Umsteuerventil (37) angeordnet ist, welches dem Wasserschalter (21) in der Kaltwasserleitung (25) nachgeschaltet ist, und daß das Drei-Wege-Umsteuerventil (37) mit einem Ventilantrieb (38) versehen ist, der elektrisch und/oder thermisch derart steuerbar ist, daß bei Ruhestellung des Drei-Wege-Umsteuerventiles (37) die Flußrichtung von der Kaltwasserleitung (25) zum Zusatzspeicher (19) freigegeben ist, bei beginnendem Zapfbetrieb kontinuierlich der Strömungsdurchfluß zum Zusatzspeicher (19) vermindert wird, während der Strömungsdurchfluß zum Speicher (14) erhöht wird, wobei die Summe der Teilströme zum Speicher (14) und zum Zusatzspeicher (19) konstant bleibt, bei Stellung im Durchlaufbetrieb die Flußrichtung von der Kaltwasserleitung (25) zum Speicher (14) voll freigegeben ist und bei Stellung im Nachladebetrieb die Flußrichtung der Kaltwasser-Verbindungsleitung (36) zwischen dem Speicher (14) und dem Zusatzspeicher (19) freigegeben und gegebenenfalls die Flußrichtung von der Kaltwasserleitung (25) gesperrt ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ventilantrieb (38) mit einem Zeitglied verbunden ist, welches das kontinuierliche Umsteuern der Teilströme während des Zapfbeginns nach einer definierten Anfahrverzögerung, die von den jeweiligen Gerätedaten, wie Speicherkapazität, Heizvermögen und dergleichen, abhängig ist, einleitet.
