Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zum Positionieren eines Produktes in Form eines flexiblen Tuches, mit wenigstens einer Klemme, um das Tuch zu greifen und auf eine oder mehrere horizontale und parallele Walzen, beidseits herunterhängend, aufzuziehen, mit Mitteln, um das Öffnen der Klemme herbeizuführen, wenn die beiden Seitenränder des auf der oder den Walzen abgelegten Tuches in gleicher Entfernung von den Enden der einen Walze bzw. der Walzen sind, sowie mit Fühlern zum Feststellen, ob der Tuchrand die Fühler erreicht hat (Präsenz-Fühler), welche in der gewünschten Positionierungshöhe des vorderen Tuchrandes horizontal aneinandergereiht sind und die die Bewegung der einen oder der Walzen im Hinblick auf die richtige Positionierung dieses vorderen Randes steuern, und in der jede Walze mit einem Motor verbunden ist, der für ihren Drehbewegungsantrieb in der einen oder der anderen Richtung bestimmt ist, welche von dem Signal abhängt, das von den Präsenz-Fühlern, die die Position des Tuchrandes wahrnehmen können, übertragen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Mittel (5, 7, 8) aufweist, mit denen die eine oder die Walzen (3) durch Schaukeln um eine horizontale, zu deren Drehachse senkrechte Achse (5), welche durch die Mitte der Drehachse verläuft, in bezug auf die Horizontale schräg gestellt werden kann bzw. können, wobei einer (10a) der Präsenz-Fühler (10) rechtwinklig zur Schaukelachse (5) angeordnet ist, um die Mitte des vorderen Randes (15b) des Tuches (15) wahrnehmen und um die richtige Positionierung über die Höhe dieser Mitte feststellen zu können, um die Bewegung jedes Motors für den Drehbewegungsantrieb der Walzen (3) zu stoppen, während die anderen Fühler (10), die auf den Vorderrand (15b) des Tuches (15) beiderseits seiner Mitte ansprechen, dazu bestimmt sind, das Schaukeln der einen oder der Walzen (3) zu steuern, bis durch sie die richtige Positionierung dieses vorderen Randes (15b) festgestellt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zwei parallele Walzen (3) aufweist, um die herum, senkrecht zu ihren Längsachsen, mehrere Endlosbänder (9) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Walze (3) von zwei koaxialen Walzen (3a, 3b) gleicher Länge gebildet ist, die durch ein ein Lager bildendes rohrförmiges Teil oder eine Muffe (4) miteinander verbunden sind, durch das bzw. durch die die Schaukelachse (5) der Walzen (3) diametral hindurchgeführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das die Schrägstellung der Walzen (3) herbeiführende Mittel ein Zylinder (8) ist, dessen Gehäuse (8b) am Rahmen (2) der Vorrichtung (1) befestigt ist, während das andere Ende der Kolbenstange (8a) mit einem der Enden der Walzen (3) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Präsenz-Fühler des vorderen Randes (15b) des Tuches (15) fotoelektrische Zellen (10) sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zwei auf einem von einem Motor angetriebenen Endlosband (12) angeordnete Klemmen (11) aufweist, die sich einander gegenüberliegen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine schräge Zuführung (14) aufweist, die das Aufziehen des Tuches (15) auf die Walzen (3) erleichtert.
