Diese Zungen definieren einen Teil eines Klingenblockes, in den auf den Zungen eine Doppelrasierklinge unter Zwischenanordnung eines Abstandhalters gelagert ist, wobei zur Fixierung der Doppelrasierklinge eine Abdeckkappe des Klingenblockes aufgesetzt und mit den unteren Zungen vernietet ist. Durch die Verbindung dieses Klingenblockes über Filmscharniere mit dem eingentlichen Kunstoffkörper des Rasierapparatekopfes ist der Klingenblock zusammen mit den Rasierklingen zur Veränderung der Rasiergeometrie während der Rasur verschwenkbar.This publication discloses a razor head arranged at the front end of a handle in the form of a so-called razor blade unit of a wet razor. Bei dieser bekannten Rasierklingeneinheit ist die Verbindung des Klingenblockes über die Filmscharniere mit den eingentlichen Kunststoffkörper des Rasierapparatekopfes aus zweierlei Gründen von Nachteil. Zum einen erfolgt die Verschwenkung des Klingenblockes aus dem elastischen Verhalten der Filmscharniere, so daß eine präzise Führung nicht gegeben ist. Dabei wird die Kraft allein durch die elastische Verformbarkeit des Kunststoffmaterials im Bereich der Filmscharniere vorgegeben. Dabei ist es bei dem bekannten Rasierapparatekopf äußerst schwierig, die Filmscharniere derart dünn zu spritzen, daß einerseits die beim Rasieren notwendigen geringen Anpreßkäfte und andererseits die für die Montage notwendigen mechanischen Festigkeiten eirreicht werden. Zum anderen liegt bei der bekannten Konstruktion die Schwenkachse unterhalb der unteren Klingenebene. Dies führt zu einem Verschwenken des Klingenblockes während der Rasur nach hinten mit der Vergrößerung des Klingentangantenwinkels und des Klingenvorstandes, was zu einer unkomfortablen Resierleistung sowie vor allem aufgrund des Hineinschwenkens der Rasierklingen in die Haut zu Schneidverletzungen führt.In this known razor blade unit, the connection of the blade block via the film hinges to the ordinary plastic body of the razor head is disadvantageous for two reasons. Dies wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch erreicht, daß der Klingenblock als separates Bauteil zum eingentlichen Körper des Rasierapparatekopfes ausgebildet und in den Seitenwänden des Körpers verschwenkbar gelagert ist, wobei zur Erzielung der Federrückstellkraft zwischen dem Körper und den Klingenblock eine Feder abgestützt ist. Durch diese Schwenkachse sowie durch die erforderliche Schwenkkraft durch die definierte Feder ist die Geometrie der Verschwenkung präzise festgelegt. Die präzise Führung sowie die genau definierte Feder ermöglichen weiterhin die richtige Abstimmung der Schwenkeinrichtung. Da darüber hinaus die Schwenkachse des Klingenblockes durch die Abdeckkappe hindurch verläuft und damit oberhalb der oberen Klinge liegt und dadurch der Klingenblock im restlichen Körper des Rasierapparatekopfes gewissermaßen pendelnd aufgehängt ist, sind dadurch optimale Hebelverhältnisse dergestalt erreichbar, daß durch diese Anordnung sichergestellt ist, daß während des Rasierens die ausschwenkenden Rasierklingen eine kleine Bewegung in der Rasierrichtung machen und somit ein Hineinschwenken der Rasierklingen in die Haut verhindert wird. Die Oberseite der Seitenwand 3 des Körpers 2 weist dabei jeweils eine Schräge 13 auf, wie insbesondere in der Schnittdarstellung gemäß Fig. 4 erkennbar ist. Diese ist derart ausgebildet, daß der Klingenblock 6 mit seinen Zapfen 11 von oben auf die Schrägen 13 aufgesetzt werden kann. Durch Nachuntendrücken des Klingenblocks 6 weichen die Seitenwände 3 des Körpers 2 nach außen hin aus, so daß die Zapfen 11 des Klingenblocks 6 in die zugehörigen Ausnehmungen 12 im Körper 2 einrasten können.The

Dadurch wird der Klingenblock 6 mit seinen eingebetteten Rasierklingen 7 in Richtung des Pfeiles P entgegen der Kraft der Feder 14 verschwenkt, wobei der Verschwenkwinkel von der Größe der ausgeübten Kraft abhängt. Je stärker somit der Benutzer auf die Rasierklingeneinheit drückt bzw. je stärker der Benutzer die Rasierklingeneinheit 1 auf die Haut während der Rasur drückt, desto mehr wird der Klingenblock 6 nach innen verschwenkt, wobei die Schneidgeometrie und damit der Rasierwinkel entsprechend verändert wird. Claims (8)
- A razor head for a wet shaver arranged at the front end of a razor handle, with a body (2) comprising a front guardbar (4),
as well as a blade block (6) in which at least one razor blade (7) in the form of a single or twin razor blade comprising cutting edges (8) is arranged parallel to the guardbar (4) as well as to a cover cap (9) arranged above the razor blades (7), and which is freely pivotally arranged against a spring force with respect to the rest of the plastic body (2) including the guardbar (4) about an pivot axis (A) which is parallel to the cutting edges (8), whereby the pivot axis (A) extends behind the cutting edge(s) (8) and the blade block (2) is arranged pivotally from the upper side in the region between the pivot axis (A) and the guardbar (4) to the underside in the body (2),
characterised in that,
the blade block (6) is formed as a separate component to the body (2) and is pivotally mounted in side walls (3) of the body (2) and that the pivot axis (A) runs through the cover cap (9). - A razor head according to claim 1, characterised in that the pivot axis (A) extends essentially in the region underneath the vertex (S) of the cover cap (9).
- A razor head according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the blade block (6) has a pair of lateral pins (11) which define the swivelling axis (A), and each of the side walls (3) include a recess (12) therein, wherein the lateral pins (11) are swivelably mounted.
- A razor head according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that blade block (6) comprises wings (10) on each side, which with their outside surfaces define guide surfaces (16) for the pivoting path with the corresponding inside surfaces of the side walls (3) of the body (2).
- A razor head according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that stops (17) are arranged between the blade block (6) and the body (2).
- A razor head according to claim 4 and 5, characterised in that the stops (17) are formed between the side wings (10) of the blade block (6) and the side walls (3) of the body (2).
- A razor head according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that, it is provided with a friction reducing strip in particular based on a water soluble or water insoluble polymer.
- A razor head according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that it is formed from a razor blade unit (1) comprised of plastic, in which the razor blade(s) are immovably embedded in the plastic blade block (6).
