Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Flügelbock für ein Ausstellfenster mit einem Lagerzapfen für den Ausstellarm einer Ausstellschere. - Flügelböcke für Ausstellfenster (Oberlichte) sind in verschiedenen Ausführungen bekannt. Sie werden an der oberen Rahmenleiste des Ausstellfensters befestigt. Der Ausstellarm der Ausstellschere greift am Lagerzapfen an, so daß bei einer Bewegung des Ausstellarms das Ausstellfenster geöffnet oder geschlossen wird, wobei es um an seiner unteren Rahmenleiste angeordnete Scharniere schwenkt. Der Schwenkwinkel des Ausstellfensters und damit auch die Vertikalbewegung des Lagerzapfens hängt von der Höhe des Ausstellfensters ab. Deswegen ist bei bekannten Ausführungen der Lagerzapfen der Höhe nach einstellbar am Flügelbock befestigt. Die Einstellung erfordert zusätzliche Montagearbeit selbst dann, wenn der Lagerzapfen bei einigen Ausführungen um eine horizontale Achse schwenkbar gelagert ist.The invention relates to a sash bracket for an opening window with a bearing pin for the opening arm of an opening scissors. - Wing brackets for hinged windows (skylights) are known in different versions. Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß der Lagerzapfen einen Zapfenfuß aufweist, der in einen Wulst übergeht und damit axial verschiebbar sowie schwenkbar in einer Hülse des Flügelbocks gehalten ist. Dieser Lagerzapfen bedarf keiner besonderen Einstellung. Aufgrund seiner axialen Beweglichkeit und seiner Schwenkbarkeit funktioniert er bei allen handelsüblichen Ausstellfenstern als Ausgleichselement zwischen dem Ausstellarm der Ausstellschere und dem Ausstellfenster, ohne daß die Öffnungs- oder Schließbewegung des Ausstellfensters beeinträchtigt wird.This object is achieved in that the bearing pin has a pin base which merges into a bead and is thus held axially displaceably and pivotably in a sleeve of the wing bracket. Das reicht zur Führung des Zapfenfußes in der Hülse aus und läßt gleichzeitig axiale und Schwenkbewegungen des Zapfens in der Hülse zu. In Figur 1 erkennt man eine obere Rahmenleiste 1 eines im übrigen nicht dargestellten Ausstellfensters (Oberlicht). An der Rahmenleiste 1 ist ein winkelförmiger Flügelbock 2 befestigt, dessen von der Rahmenleiste 1 abstehender Schenkel 3 eine Hülse 4 trägt. In der Hülse 4 ist ein Zapfenfuß 5 eines Lagerzapfens 6 gehalten. Der Zapfenfuß weist an seinem freien Ende einen verdickten Wulst 7 auf, dessen Außendurchmesser etwa dem Innendurchmesser der Hülse 4 entspricht. Die Hülse 4 besitzt an ihrem freien Ende innenseitig eine umlaufende Nut für einen darin angeordneten Federring 8. Der Zapfenfuß 5 ist in der Hülse zwischen dem Hülsengrund und dem Federring 8 axial beweglich und nach allen Richtungen schwenkbar. Wird die Ausstellschere 12 betätigt und dadurch das Ausstellfenster geöffnet, dann drückt der Ausstellarm 11 das Ausstellfenster über den Lagerzapfen 6 in die geöffnete Stellung, die in Figur 2 wiedergegeben ist. Dabei führt der Zapfenfuß 5 des Lagerzapfens 6 in der Hülse 4 eine Schwenkbewegung aus und bewegt sich gleichzeitig in axialer Richtung.
