Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Müllpresse mit Absetzkipperbehälter zum Transport auf Absetzkipperfahrzeugen, wobei die Presse an den Behälter ankoppelbar ist und der im wesentlichen offene Behälter zwei Seitenwände aufweist, zwischen denen ein geformter Boden angeordnet ist, der an einem waagerechten Bodenanschnitt zwei schräg ansteigende Abschnitte besitzt.The invention relates to a garbage press with skip loader container for transport on skip loader vehicles, the press can be coupled to the container and the substantially open container has two side walls, between which a shaped bottom is arranged, which has two obliquely rising sections on a horizontal bottom cut.
Es sind Anlagen, bestehend aus einer Müllpresse und einem ankoppelbaren Behälter, bekannt, wobei diese Müllpressen in der Regel einen Preßstempel aufweisen, der in die Behälteröffnung einfährt und den darin befindlichen Müll verdichtet. Damit läßt sich der Befüllungsgrad dieser Behälter erheblich verbessern. Diese Anlagen weisen jedoch regelmäßig Dimensionen auf, die einen Einsatz für geringeren Müllanfall unwirtschaftlich machen, wobei darüberhinaus diese Anlagen mit erheblichen Kosten verbunden sind. Für viele Verbraucher ist daher auch das Aufteilen des Mülls in recycle-fähiges Material und reinen Müll kaum durchführbar, was insbesondere im Hinblick auf die hohen Müllabfuhrkosten äußerst nachteilig ist. Die bekannten Absetzkipperbehälter, die von entsprechenden Fahrzeugen abtransportiert werden, weisen für solche Mengen ein günstiges Fassungsvermögen auf, das in der Größenordnung von etwa 4 - 10 m³ liegt. Die Erfindung bringt den Vorteil, daß unter Einhaltung der Norm für derartige Absetzkipperbehälter diese Behälter als Verdichtungsbehälter verwendet werden können. Hierbei wird der Befüllungsgrad des Behälters dadurch verbessert, daß der Müllstrom durch die Abrundungen umgelenkt wird. Die hierbei vorgesehene Presse weist eine einfache Konstruktion auf und ist auf derartige kleine Einheiten abgestellt. Die Verwendung derartiger Kombinationen ist somit auch für Kleinverbraucher wirtschaftlich und auch das Sammeln von recycle-fähigem Material in verschiedenen Behältern unter entsprechender Verdichtung läßt sich wirtschaftlich realisieren. Es genügt, zwei modifizierte Normbehälter einzusetzen, die jeweils getauscht werden. Der in der Zeichnung dargestellte Absetzkipperbehälter unterliegt der DIN Norm 30720, wobei diese Mulden nach oben hin offen sind, zwei Seitenwände 1, 2 und einen dazwischen angeordneten besonders geformten Boden 3 aufweisen. Dieser Boden besteht im wesentlichen aus einem waagerechten Bodenabschnitt 4, der in zwei schräg nach außen gerichtete Abschnitte 5 bzw. 6 übergeht. Weiterhin ist der Behälter mit einem Deckel 7 versehen, der in etwa zwei Drittel der Behälteröffnung abdeckt. Die verbleibende Behälteröffnung 8 dient zum Einfüllen des Mülls. Der Deckel 7 ist an der zur Öffnung 8 gegenüberliegenden Behälterseite an einem Scharnier 9 angelenkt und wird mit Hilfe zweier seitlicher Spannverschlüsse 10 an den Behälterwandungen 1, 2 befestigt. Zum Handhaben des Behälters dienen nahe dem Bodenbereich angeordnete Vorrichtungen 11 für Kipphaken sowie seitliche Hebebolzen 12. Diese herkömmlichen Behälter sind gemäß einem Teil der Erfindung dahingehend abgeändert, daß der Übergang vom waagerechten Bodenabschnitt 4 in die schräg ansteigenden Abschnitte 5 bzw. 6 jeweils mit einer Abrundung 13 bzw. 14 versehen ist. Zum Befüllen des Behälters ist am Behälterende, im Bereich der Behälteröffnung 8 eine Presse angeordnet, die aus einzelnen Rahmenteilen 16 zusammengesetzt ist. Dieser Rahmen 16 besteht im wesentlichen aus Vierkant-Rohren und es ergibt sich ein oberes und unteres Rechteck-Rahmenteil, die durch vertikale Rohre verbunden sind. Dieser Rahmen 16 übergreift den Behälter und erstreckt sich im wesentlichen bis zum Deckel 7. Weiterhin sind an dem oberen Rahmenteil 16 Holme 17 befestigt, die vertikal nach unten verlaufen, und zwar innerhalb der Behälteröffnung 8 und nahe dem Deckelrand, die weiterhin oberhalb der Öffnung 8 enden. Von diesen Holmen 17 verlaufen weitere Holme 17 schräg nach außen und zu dem oberen Rahmenteil 16. An den unteren Enden dieser Holme 17 ist eine Preßplatte 18 verschwenkbar aufgehängt, wobei diese Preßplatte 18 in der Ausgangsstellung schräg nach oben verläuft, so daß eine ausreichende Einfüllöffnung für den Müll verbleibt. An dieser Preßplatte 18 greift ein Hydraulikzylinder 19 an, der schräg nach oben verläuft und an der oberen Quertraverse 16′ des Rahmens 16 befestigt ist. Der Schwenkradius der Preßplatte 18 ist in etwa der Abrundung 13 angepaßt. Die Endstellung der Preßplatte befindet sich im Bereich des Bodenabschnittes 3, d. h. wenn die Preßplatte im wesentlichen eine senkrechte Lage erreicht hat. Die Schwenkachse der Preßplatte 18 befindet sich somit in einem Abstand zum Rand 20 der Öffnung 8 und innerhalb des Behälters.
