Claims (4)

  1. Schaltmechanismus für einen Kleinleistungsschalter mit Isolierstoffgehäuse (12), das einen feststehenden Kontakt (18) und einen beweglichen Kontakt (16) einschließt, wobei der genannte bewegliche Kontakt (16) von einem, durch den Mechanismus betätigten Kontaktarm (14) getragen wird und der Mechanismus folgende Teile umfaßt:
    - einen mit einer Übertragungsstange (28) zur Bildung eines ersten Kniegelenks (30) gekoppelten Kipphebel (24),
    - eine Trägerscheibe (40) für den Kontaktarm (14), die begrenzt drehbar auf einem Gelenkzapfen (38) gelagert ist und zwischen einer Einschaltstellung und einer Ausschaltstellung der Kontakte (16, 18) verschwenkt werden kann,
    - eine lösbare Hebelverbindung (48), die aus einem zweiten Kniegelenk mit einer schwenkbar auf einer Achse (52) der Trägerscheibe (40) gelagerten und gelenkig mit der Übertragungsstange (28) verbundene Sperrklinke (50) besteht, und
    - einen Auslösehebel (42), der mit der Rückhaltenase (53) der Sperrklinke (50) zusammenwirkt, um die Verriegelung bzw. Entriegelung der genannten Hebelverbindung (48) zu gewährleisten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperrklinke (50) einen Vorsprung (70) aufweist, der bei geschlossenen und verschweißten Kontakten (16, 18) gegen einen festen, mit dem Gehäuse (12) verbundenen Anschlag (74) geführt wird, um den Kipphebel (24) in einer bestimmten Zwischenstellung S zwischen den beiden Endstellungen F (Einschaltstellung) und O (Ausschaltstellung) zu blockieren, wobei die Überschreitung des Totpunkts des ersten Kniegelenks (30) die Stabilität der genannten Zwischenstellung S zur Anzeige der Verschweißung der Kontakte (16, 18) bewirkt.
  2. Schaltmechanismus nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorsprung (70) in bezug auf die Übertragungsstange (28) gegenüber der Rückhaltenase (53) angeordnet ist und der Drehpunkt (56) des zweiten Kniegelenks zwischen der Rückhaltenase (53) und der Achse (52) der Sperrklinke (50) liegt.
  3. Schaltmechanismus nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (12) in der Nähe des genannten Anschlags (74) eine Aussparung (72) aufweist und daß sich der Vorsprung (70) und die Aussparung (72) in der Ausschaltstellung O des Kipphebels (24) gegenüberliegen, wobei ein bestimmtes Spiel (76) zwischen beiden vorhanden ist.
  4. Schaltmechanismus nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehscheibe (40) einer beim Einschalten des Leistungsschalters zusammengedrückten Kraftspeicherfeder (61) zugeordnet ist und daß der Kontaktarm (14) an einem Stützhebel (36) befestigt ist, der unter Zwischenfügung einer Kontaktdruckfeder (41) auf dem Gelenkzapfen (38) der Drehscheibe (40) montiert ist.
