Description

The invention relates to a sheet delivery on sheet-processing machines, in which the sheets to be deposited are fed horizontally and placed on a sheet stack, which is carried by a stacking table and lowered with increasing stack height, so that the top sheets are at a certain height and with an auxiliary stacking table, the rake-like rods of which can be inserted into the stacking area.

A known embodiment of this type (DE 35 35 113 C2) uses a run-in aid for the auxiliary stacking table, which requires an additional frame part in which the auxiliary stacking table is retracted in its rest position. This frame part increases the overall length of the sheet processing machine, e.g. a printing press, considerably. Another disadvantage is the fact that, particularly in the case of a large sheet size and a heavy intermediate stack, considerable technical effort is required to implement the known design.

Starting from this prior art, it is the object of the present invention to facilitate the manual insertion and removal of the heavy auxiliary stacking table in the case of an auxiliary stacking device, in particular for large sheet size.

According to the invention the object is achieved in that the auxiliary stacking table is aligned in a vertical rest position by auxiliary guides and can be pivoted with these into a horizontal insertion position, and in that the auxiliary stacking table is guided by the auxiliary guides in guide and Bearing parts can be inserted in the stacking area. Such an auxiliary stacking table, which is operated manually, can be easily pushed into the stacking area, because the measures according to the invention prevent jamming, in particular when the auxiliary stacking table is pushed in, with certainty. Particularly when the sheet size was large, the printer had considerable difficulties in inserting the table in the short time that remained in the tight sheet sequence for inserting the auxiliary stacking table. Due to the vertical rest position, no additional space is required for the auxiliary stacking table, so that an inexpensive solution has been created.

In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the auxiliary stacking table is suspended vertically on both sides by hooks in the rest position, the hooks with the auxiliary stacking table are guided on both sides in auxiliary guides which can be pivoted from the vertical into the horizontal position, and the auxiliary stacking table is on both sides when the auxiliary guides are inserted into the stacking area guided and stored in slide rails. This simple and reliable solution can be implemented with the least technical effort and simplifies the operation of the intermediate stacking device.

In an advantageous development of the invention, the auxiliary guides are supported on both sides by lifting aids, preferably gas pressure springs. The printer can thus move and push the auxiliary stacking table into the horizontal without great effort, and can lower the auxiliary stacking table after pulling it out without manual support, so that it moves automatically into its vertical rest position. If the auxiliary stacking table has a greater weight in non-stop operation due to the larger auxiliary stack height for construction and stability reasons, the gas pressure springs can be used be coordinated, so that no greater effort is required in this case either.

An advantageous further development is to be seen in the fact that the gas pressure springs engage the auxiliary guides via pins, the auxiliary guides are limited in their pivoting range by stops and that the bearing parts with the auxiliary stacking table are mounted so that they can be lowered as the intermediate stack height increases.

  • Fig. 1 eine Draufsicht auf einen Hilfsstapeltisch
An embodiment of the invention is shown schematically in the drawings. It shows
  • Fig. 1 is a plan view of an auxiliary stacking table
  • Fig. 2 shows the storage of the auxiliary stacking table in the vertical rest position
  • Fig. 3 shows the storage of the auxiliary stacking table in a partially inserted state

The rods 2 are attached to a carrier 3, which in turn is attached to guide rails 4 on both sides. Outside the guide rails 4, bearing parts 5 are provided, on which bearing pins 6 are fastened. Auxiliary guides 7 are pivotally mounted on the bearing journal 6 and are limited in their pivoting range by a journal 8 and a slot 9 in the journal 6, into which the journal extends (FIGS. 2 and 3).

In its vertical rest position, the auxiliary stacking table 1 is suspended on its guide rails 4 by means of hooks 10 in the region of the bearing journal 6 on the auxiliary guide 7, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. The hooks 10 are over Screws 11 are fastened to the guide rails 4 and are guided so as to be longitudinally displaceable in slide guides 12 which are provided on the auxiliary guides 7.

By pivoting the auxiliary guides 7 in a horizontal position (FIG. 3), the auxiliary stacking table 1 can be inserted by the auxiliary guides 7 into slide rails 13 which are provided on the bearing parts 5 on both sides. At the beginning of the insertion process, the auxiliary stacking table 1 is guided by the hooks 10 in the slide guides 12 of the auxiliary guide 7 and when the auxiliary stacking table 1 is moved further, the guide rails 4 enter the slide rails 13, so that tilting is prevented when the auxiliary stacking table 1 is pushed in. In Fig. 3 is dash-dotted at 10 'the starting position of the hook 10 is indicated.

In order to make it easier for the printer to swing up the heavy auxiliary stacking table 1, lifting aids in the form of gas pressure springs 14 are shown on both sides of the auxiliary guides 7, which act on pins 15 on the auxiliary guides 7 and are also fastened at their opposite end via pins 16 to the bearing parts 5 . In the rest position according to FIG. 2, the gas pressure springs 14 hold the auxiliary stacking table 1 in a vertical position in the over-dead center position. FIG. 3 shows the gas pressure spring 14 in its extended position, in which the auxiliary stacking table 1 is shown in the horizontal insertion position. The force of the gas pressure springs 14 is dimensioned so that they apply slightly less than the lifting force for the auxiliary stacking table 1.

When the maximum height of the sheet stack 17, which is carried by a stacking table, not shown, is reached, the printer pivots the auxiliary stacking table 1 into its horizontal position and pushes it into the area of the stack 17 a. Here he must ensure that the next sheet 18, which is fed by the grippers 19 to the chain delivery 20, comes to rest on the bars 2 of the auxiliary stacking table 1. The full stack of sheets 17 can then be removed from the machine and a new stacking table inserted. The bearing parts 5 are in this case lowered according to the increasing stack height of the auxiliary stack, so that, for example in the case of thick sheet material, a larger stack height of the auxiliary stack can also be accommodated.
