Abstract

The novel charging device serves for alternate feeding and distribution of solids of two grain sizes into shaft furnaces. The essential elements of the device are - a conveyor installation charging into the shaft opening and operating discontinuously at least in terms of material, and - a distributor screen provided in the shaft underneath the centrally arranged shaft opening and having a centrally arranged rotary flap to be actuated from the outside, the diameter of the rotary flap being adjusted to that of the shaft opening and to the internal diameter of the distributor screen, and the distance between the outer edge of the screen and the inner shaft wall amounting to 1/10 to 1/5 of the internal diameter of the shaft. <IMAGE>

Description

Die vorliegend beschriebene Erfindung betrifft eine Beschickungs­vorrichtung zur wechselweisen Einfüllung und Verteilung von Fest­stoffen zweier Kornklassen in Schachtöfen.The present invention described relates to a loading device for the alternate filling and distribution of solids of two grain classes in shaft furnaces.

wobei der Durchmesser der Drehklappe demjenigen der Schachtöffnung und dem Innendurchmesser des Verteilschirms angepasst ist und wo­bei der Abstand des Schirm-Aussenrandes von der inneren Schacht­wand 1/10 bis 1/5 des Schachtinnendurchmessers ausmacht.

- einen im Schacht unter der zentral angeordneten Schachtöffnung vorgesehenen Verteilschirm mit von aussen zu betätigender, mittig angeordneter Drehklappe,
wobei der Durchmesser der Drehklappe demjenigen der Schachtöffnung und dem Innendurchmesser des Verteilschirms angepasst ist und wo­bei der Abstand des Schirm-Aussenrandes von der inneren Schacht­wand 1/10 bis 1/5 des Schachtinnendurchmessers ausmacht.
