Description
Die vorliegend beschriebene Erfindung betrifft eine Beschickungsvorrichtung zur wechselweisen Einfüllung und Verteilung von Feststoffen zweier Kornklassen in Schachtöfen.The present invention described relates to a loading device for the alternate filling and distribution of solids of two grain classes in shaft furnaces.
Wenn man beim Betrieb eines Schachtofens hinsichtlich Beschickung an die Grenzen der Möglichkeiten des Einsatzes von Schachtöfen geht, indem man z.B. sehr kleinen Stein chargiert, ergeben sich Probleme mit der geforderten gleichmässigen Durchströmung, weil die Schüttung mittels üblicher Beschickungsvorrichtungen zu Randgängigkeit führt. In der dazugehörigen EP-Al-0 196 487 wird zusätzlich - im Hauptsilo - ein konzentrisches Zuführrohr für das Beschickungsgut beschrieben. Der Durchmesser dieses Zuführrohrs entspricht mindestens dem Durchmesser der Schachtöffnung. - einen im Schacht unter der zentral angeordneten Schachtöffnung vorgesehenen Verteilschirm mit von aussen zu betätigender, mittig angeordneter Drehklappe,
wobei der Durchmesser der Drehklappe demjenigen der Schachtöffnung und dem Innendurchmesser des Verteilschirms angepasst ist und wobei der Abstand des Schirm-Aussenrandes von der inneren Schachtwand 1/10 bis 1/5 des Schachtinnendurchmessers ausmacht.The feeding device according to the invention for alternately filling and distributing solids of two grain classes in shaft furnaces is characterized by

- der Beschickungsphase entsprechendes Stellen der Drehklappe,

wobei der Durchmesser der Drehklappe demjenigen der Schachtöffnung und dem Innendurchmesser des Verteilschirms angepasst ist und wobei der Abstand des Schirm-Aussenrandes von der inneren Schachtwand 1/10 bis 1/5 des Schachtinnendurchmessers ausmacht. 1.
