Claims (6)
- Dispositif de dosage et de mélange pour solides coulants, comprenant des silos (1, 2, 3) qui contiennent et stockent les solides, ainsi que des dispositifs d'extraction disposés sur le côté de sortie des silos (1 à 3) et qui sont constitués par des roues de dosage (4, 5, 6) pouvant être entraînées en rotation, prévues à l'intérieur de boîtiers de dosage, les roues de dosage (4, 5, 6) formant des chambres de dosage (7) avec les boîtiers de dosage, et des conduites d'évacuation, qui se raccordent aux dispositifs extracteurs et sont attaquées pneumatiquement, caractérisé en ce que les conduites d'évacuation sont constituées par des tubes d'aspiration (8, 9, 10) qui se rejoignent dans la région d'une zone de jonction (19), cependant qu'un dispositif (12) à buse d'entraînement est intercalé entre la jonction (19) et un tube de mélange et de transport (11), et qu'une vanne de réglage (14, 15, 16) est associée à chaque tube d'aspiration (8, 9, 10).
- Dispositif de dosage et de mélange selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'à chaque boîtier de dosage est associé un organe (17) de surveillance du niveau de remplissage.
- Dispositif de dosage et de mélange selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement des roues de dosage (4, 5, 6) et l'entraînement de commande des vannes de réglage (14, 15, 16) sont commandés au moyen d'un ordinateur commun (18).
- Dispositif de dosage et de mélange selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'organe (17) de surveillance du niveau de remplissage est lui aussi connecté à l'ordinateur.
- Dispositif de dosage et de mélange selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif est fixe.
- Dispositif de dosage et de mélange selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble du dispositif est mobile.
