Claims (13)

  1. Bespannstoff, bestehend aus
    . einem gewirkten oder gewobenen Textilträgermaterial (1),
    . mindesten einer Schicht Vliesstoff (2),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Teil der Fasern des Vliesstoffs (2) durch Flüssigkeitsstrahlnadelung mit dem gewirkten oder gewobenen Textilträgermaterial (1) verbunden ist.
  2. Bespannstoff nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schicht Vliesstoff (2) vorgenadelt ist.
  3. Bespannstoff nach Patentanspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er aus mindestens zwei Schichten Vliesstoff (2a, b) auf jeweils einer der beiden Seiten des Textilträgermaterials (1) besteht.
  4. Bespannstoff nach Patentanspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er aus mehreren Schichten Vliesstoff (2a, c) auf mindestens einer der beiden Seiten des Textilträgermaterials (1) besteht.
  5. Bespannstoff nach Patentanspruch 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Textilträgermaterial (1) aus gewirktem Material besteht.
  6. Bespannstoff nach Patentanspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Textilträgermaterial (1) aus eingeschossenem gewirktem Material besteht.
  7. Bespannstoff nach Patentanspruch 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Textilträgermaterial (1) aus gewobenem Material besteht.
  8. Bespannstoff nach Patentanspruch 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er eine wärmeklebende Beschichtung besitzt.
  9. Verfahren zum Herstellen von Bespannstoff, nach welchem mindestens eine Schicht Vliesstoff aus kardierten Fasern mit einem gewirkten oder gewobenen Textilträgermaterial (1) zusammengelegt wird, das bei konstanter Geschwindigkeit befördert wird,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    - der Vliesstoff aus kardierten Fasern durch Flüssigkeitsstrahlbindung mit dem gewirkten oder gewobenen Textilträgermaterial vernadelt wird,
    - das Wasser entzogen und der so gefertigte Bespannstoff getrocknet wird,
    - der getrocknete Bespannstoff endverarbeitet wird.
  10. Verfahren zum Herstellen von Bespannstoff nach Patentanspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zuerst eine erste Schicht Vliesstoff auf der einen Seite des Textilträgermaterials (1) und danach eine zweite Schicht Vliesstoff auf der anderen Seite des Textilträgermaterials (1) zusammengebracht und durch Flüssigkeitsstrahlbindung vernadelt wird.
  11. Verfahren zum Herstellen von Bespannstoff nach Patentanspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Schichten Vliesstoff mit dem Textilträgermaterial (1) zusammengebracht werden und die Flüssigkeitsstrahlbindung zwischen den zwei Schichten Vliesstoff und dem Textilträgermaterial (1) gleichzeitig erfolgt.
  12. Verfahren zum Herstellen von Bespannstoff nach Patentanspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine erste Schicht Vliesstoff mit dem Textilträgermaterial (1) und danach eine zweite Schicht Vliesstoff mit der ersten Schicht Vliesstoff zusammengebracht wird und die zwei Schichten mit dem Textilträgermaterial durch Flüssigkeitsstrahlbindung vernadelt werden.
  13. Verfahren zum Herstellen von Bespannstoff nach Patentanspruch 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach dem Endbearbeiten eine wärmeklebende Beschichtung darauf angebracht wird.
