Abstract

Die automatische Gussputzschleifmaschine mit einem, gegenein­ ander und gemeinsam verstellbare Festspannmittel (5,6) für ein zu bearbeitendes Gusswerkstück (1) tragenden Maschinen­ ständer (10) und mit einem, eine Schleif- und/oder Trennschei­ be (2) tragenden Werkzeughalter (3), der über Schlittenmittel (4) an das Gusswerkstück (1) anstellbar auf einem Maschinen­ bock (11) abgestützt ist, gestattet eine berührungslose, präzise Erzeugung eines Steuersignals dadurch, dass die Festspann­ mittel (5,6) gegen den Maschinenständer (10) über Isolations­ mittel (12) und die Schleif- und/oder Trennscheibe (2) gegen den Werkzeughalter (3) über Isolationsmittel (13) elektrisch isoliert sind; dass die Schleif- und/oder Trennscheibe (2) elektrisch leitend ausgebildet ist; und dass die Schleif- und/oder Trennscheibe (2) und die Festspannmittel (5,6) resp. das zwischen diesen eingespannte Gusswerkstück (1) mit einem regelbaren Hochspannungsgenerator (20) und einer, ein Steuer­ signal (22) liefernden Zündstrom- Auswertschaltung (21) in Serie geschaltet sind.
