Claims (6)

  1. Une méthode pour fabriquer une pièce renforcée, caractérisée par les étapes de:
    - placement d'un renforcement 20 à l'intérieur d'un moule 18 qui est placé dans une cuve pressurisée 12;
    - scellement de la cuve pressurisée 12 avec le moule 18 ayant le renforcement 20 à l'intérieur;
    - chauffage d'un matériau fusible 16 dans la cuve pressurisée 12, lequel matériau 16 sera infiltré dans le renforcement 20, pour le faire fondre;
    - pressurisation de la cuve pressurisée 12;
    - infiltration du renforcement 20 dans le moule avec le matériau fondu 16; et solidification du matériau fondu 16 ayant enrobé et infiltré le renforcement 20:
    - au cours de laquelle méthode, après l'étape de pressurisation mais avant celle de solidification, il y a une étape d'enrobage du renforcement 20 dans le moule 18 avec le matériau 16 en état fondu, sous l'effet du &&[illegible] dans la cuve 12; et où les étapes d'infiltration comprennent celui d'infiltration du renforcement 20 dans le moule 18, après que le matériau fondu 16 aura enrobé le renforcement 20.
  2. Une méthode est revendiquée dans la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que, après l'étape de solidification, il y a une étape de retrait du renforcement 20, avec le matériau solidifié 16 l'infiltrant et l'enrobant d'un revêtement du matériau 16, ceci en dehors de la cuve pressurisée 12.
  3. Une méthode est revendiquée dans la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée par l'étape de chauffage, y compris celle du chauffage du moule 18, à une température telle que le matériau 16 est fondu.
  4. Une méthode est revendiquée dans la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le revêtement du matériau 16 est un pur revêtement du matériau 16.
  5. Une méthode est revendiquée dans la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le matériau 16 est un métal.
  6. Une méthode est revendiquée dans la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le métal est de l'aluminium, et le revêtement est un pur revêtement d'aluminium.
