Abgeflachte Zapfen 27, 28 der Reibwalzen 18, 19 sind in Führungen 16 der Lagerplatte 14 axial unbeweglich, aber radial verschiebbar zur Feuchtauftragswalze 7 unter Federwirkung 29 aufgenommen. Der Walzenmantel der Reibwalzen 18, 19 ist drehbar auf den Walzenachsen gelagert. Der federnd erzeugte Kontaktdruck der Reibwalzen 18, 19 wird durch das Eigengewicht des Vorrichtungsgestells 1 bewirkt, so daß stets gleiche Pressung zwischen Reibwalzen 18, 19 und Auftragwalze 7 vorliegt. Die Feder 29 stützt sich an einer Platte 24 ab, die mittels Schraube 25 auf der Lagerplatte 14 befestigt ist. Durch Spiel s zwischen Schraube 26 und Platte 24 ergibt sich ein Stellweg der Reibwalzen 18, 19 radial zur Feuchtauftragwalze 7 (Fig. 4).The additional device according to the invention has a device frame 1. Claims (4)

  1. Additional device for a damping unit of an offset printing press which has an applicator roller cooperating with a plate cylinder which is mounted in a bearing lever which is journaled on a spreading cylinder, which, on the one hand, lies against the applicator roller and on the other hand is connected with the damping agent feed, characterised in that a device frame (1) consisting of lateral bearing plates (14) and cross members (12, 21) connecting these together is provided, that in the bearing plates (14) are movably mounted a first spreader roller (18) and a second spreader roller (19) movable radially to the common applicator roller (7) under spring action, that the roller cover of the spreader rollers (18, 19) on the roller axles mounted rotatably can be driven by friction in the peripheral direction from the applicator roller, that furthermore the resilient contact pressure between the spreader rollers (18, 19) and the damping applicator roller (7) is generated by the own weight of the device frame, that on the device frame (1) there engages a drive mechanism (22, 23) effecting an axial to and fro movement, in such a fashion that the drive frame (1) with the spreader rollers (18, 19) carries out a lateral to and fro movement and that the device frame (1) on both sides by means of coupling parts (10) can be coupled to, coupled from or completely decoupled from a slot (13) of the bearing lever (3).
