Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft die Herstellung oder Erneuerung von vertikalen Dichtungen an Bauwerken unterhalb Terrain gegen Erdfeuchtigkeit. Ziel und Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, die Abdichtung ökonomischer und funktionssicherer zu gestalten und somit eine Aufschachtung des Erd­ reiches zu vermeiden. Nach dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren werden keilförmige Elemente unmittelbar an der Mauerwerksoberfläche bis zur Fundamentsohle in das Erdreich eingetrieben. Der entstandene spalt­ förmige Freiraum zwischen Mauerwerk und Erdreich wird anschließend mit vorzugsweise flüssigem Dichtmaterial gefüllt. Eine erfindungsge­ maße Vorrichtung besteht aus einem blockähnlichen Element (12) mit keil­ förmigem Profil. Innerhalb der unteren Keilfläche ist mindestens ein in senkrechter Richtung herauslösbares Teilstück (9) angeordnet, das als Keilventil wirkt. Dieses Keilventil dichtet in diesem Anschlag ein im blockähnlichen Element befindliches Füllrohr (8) ab. Das Keilventil ist über eine durch das Füllrohr verlaufende Absenkstange (10) an der Ober­ kante des blockähnlichen Elementes arretiert. Das Füllrohr ist am oberen Ende durch eine Abdeckscheibe und Verschlußkappe abgedichtet. Im oberen Teil des blockähnlichen Elementes befindet sich eine seit­ liche Zuflußöffnung (11) im Füllrohr. Das blockähnliche keilförmige Ele­ ment wird an der Mauerseite in das Erdreich eingetrieben bis zur Fun­ damentsohle. Beim Zurückziehen wird unter Druck Dichtmaterial in den Freiraum eingebracht. Durch Absenkung des herauslösbaren Keilventils wird die Abdichtung des Füllrohres geöffnet und so eine Antrittsöff­ nung für das Dichtmaterial geschaffen.
