Abstract

A method for the transport of a set (1) of at least two yarn bobbins (1.1, 1.2) to a twisting machine and a device for carrying out the method. Diese Vorgehensweise eröffnet die Mö­glichkeit, die Fadenenden aller Garnspulen des Spulenpaketes einmal vor dem Transportvorgang im Inneren des Spulentransportadapters anzuordnen und sie dort bis zum Einsetzen des Spulenpaketes in die Spindel der Zwirnmaschine festzuhalten. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeich­net, daß in einem ersten Verfahrensschritt das Spulenpaket (1) zusammen mit dem Spulentransport­adapter (2, 12) auf eine Vorbereitungseinrichtung (3) aufgesetzt wird, in der die Fadenenden (F1, F2) erfaßt und in das Innere des Spulentrans­portadapters (2, 12) eingeführt werden, daß in einem zweiten Verfahrensschritt das Spulenpaket (1) mittels eines ersten am Spulentransportadapter (2, 12) angreifenden Spulengreifers (4) von der Vorbereitungseinrichtung (3) der Transportvor­richtung (5.2 - 5.5) eines Fördersystems (5) zugeführt wird und daß in einem dritten Ver­fahrensschritt des Spulenpaket (1) mittels eines zweiten am Spulentransportadapter (2, 12) an­greifenden Spulengreifers (4) von der Transport­vorrichtung (5.2 - 5.5) abgenommen und auf die Spindel (6) einer Zwirnmaschine aufgestreckt wird, wobei ein Ablaufkopf (10) auf den Spulentrans­portadapter (2, 12) aufgesetzt wird, durch den nach dem Herausführen der Fadenenden (F1, F2) aus dem Spulentransportadapter (2, 12) diese in die Spindel (6) geführt werden.2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeich­net, daß in einem ersten Verfahrensschritt das Spulenpaket (1) zusammen mit dem Spulentransport­adapter (2, 12) auf den zentralen Hohldorn (7.2) eines auf einem Schienenfördersystem (7) laufen­den Transporttellers (7.3)aufgesteckt wird und auf dem Transportteller (7.3) in eine Vorbe­reitungseinrichtung (8) einläuft, in der in einem zweiten Verfahrensschritt die Fadenenden (F1, F2) erfaßt und in das Innere des Spulentransport­adapters (2, 12) eingeführt werden, und daß in einem dritten Verfahrensschritt das Spulenpaket (1) mittels eines am Spulentransportadapter (2, 12) angreifenden Spulengreifers (4) von der Transportvorrichtung (7) abgenommen und auf die Spindel (6) einer Zwirnmaschine aufgesetzt wird, wobei ein Ablaufkopf (10) auf den Spulen­transportadapter (2, 12) aufgesetzt wird, durch den, nach dem Herausführen der Fadenenden (F1, F2), aus dem Spulentransportadapter (2, 12) diese in die Spindel (6) geführt werden.3. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüchr 4 bis 9 zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 3, gekennzeichnet durch ein Transportsystem (7) mit Laufschienen (7.1), auf denen mit einem Hohldorn (7.2) an der Oberseite versehene und mittels eines Rundschnurantriebs (7.4) an ihrer Unter­seite angetriebene Transportteller (7.3) geführt sind, wobei auf den Hohldorn (7.2) des Trans­porttellers (7.3) ein Spulentransportadapter (2, 12) aufsteckbar ist, und das Transportsystem (7) durch eine Vorbereitungseinrichtung (8) geführt ist, mit einer an das untere Ende des Hohldorns (7.2) ansetzbaren Saugdüse (8.4), einer Vorrichtung (8.1) zum Abheben des Transport­tellers (7.3) vom Rundschnurantrieb (7.4), einem Reibradantrieb (8.3) zur Drehung des Transport­tellers (7.3) sowie Vorrichtungen (8.5, 8.6) zum Abbürsten, Einfangen und Führen der Fadenenden (F1, F2) und mindestens einem zangenartigen Spulengreifer (4) zur Überführung des Spulen­pakets (1) vom Transportsystem (7) zur Spindel (6) der Zwirnmaschine.11.
