Even if the pressure stored in the accumulator 19 has dropped below the set pressure of the pressure reducing valve 121 and the pressure of the hydraulic fluid supplied to the head-side pressure chambers 8a of the boom actuators has increased beyond the set pressure of the pressure reducing valve 121 in the working mode, the restrictor 131 restricts the abrupt flow of the high-pressure hydraulic fluid into the vibration suppressing device 20 and enables the pressure of the accumulator 19 to increase gradually to the set pressure corresponding to the holding pressure. Accordingly, the hydraulic fluid is never discharged abruptly from the head-side pressure chambers 8a of the boom actuators 8, and thereby the sudden downward swing of the booms 4 is prevented, which improves the safety of the shovel loader.

  • the capacity and the gas pressure of the accumulator of the vibration suppressing device is determined selectively so as to satisfy the conditions stated hereinbefore for effectively suppressing the vibrations of the working device of the wheeled construction equipment and for effectively preventing the working device of the wheeled construction equipment from hitting the body or chassis of the wheeled construction equipment and the road, so that the present invention ensures the safety running of the wheeled construction equipment and remarkably improves the riding comfort of the wheeled construction equipment.

  • the vibration suppressing device of the present invention is simple in construction, capable of being manufactured at a reduced cost, and is capable of simply being incorporated into the existing hydraulic circuit of a wheeled construction equipment.
  • the vibration suppressing device is capable of inhibiting the abrupt drop of the working device attributable to the abrupt flow of the hydraulic fluid from the load bearing pressure chambers of the actuators into the accumulator of the vibration suppressing device in changing the working mode for the running mode, which further improves the safety of the wheeled construction equipment.
  • a vibration suppressing device for a wheeled construction equipment having a wheeled chassis, a working device operatively supported on the wheeled chassis, and a hydraulic circuit including hydraulic actuators for operating the working device for up-and-down motion.
  • the vibration suppressing device comprises an accumulator filled with a pressurized gas for suppressing vibrations, and a mode changeover valve for connecting the accumulator to the load bearing pressure chambers of the hydraulic actuators in a running mode in which the wheeled construction equipment operates for running, and for disconnecting the accumulator from the load bearing pressure chambers of the hydraulic actuators in a working mode in which the wheeled construction equipment operates for work.
  • the vibration suppressing device meets conditions: P G x V A n ⁇ P H x V F n and P G ⁇ P H , where P G is the pressure of the gas initially sealed in the accumulator, V A is the capacity of the accumulator, P H is static holding pressure maintained in the load bearing pressure chambers of the hydraulic actuators in the running mode, V F is volume variation in the load bearing pressure chambers of the hydraulic actuators, and n is a coefficient of adiabatic change.

Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif de suppression des vibrations pour un équipement de terrassement sur roues possédant un châssis sur roues (2), un dispositif de travail (5) monté, de façon fonctionnelle, sur le châssis sur roues (2) pour un déplacement vertical et un circuit hydraulique comprenant des actionneurs hydrauliques (8) pour l'actionnement du dispositif de travail ((5) pour un déplacement vertical, dispositif comprenant :
    - un mécanisme de ressort et d'amortisseur pour la suppression des vibrations; et
    - un dispositif de commutation pour le raccordement du mécanisme à ressort et à amortisseur aux chambres de pression de support de charge (8a) des actionneurs hydrauliques (8) dans un mode de marche où l'équipement de terrassement sur roues fonctionne pour la marche et pour déconnecter le mécanisme de ressort et d'amortissement des chambres de pression du support de charge (8a) des actionneurs hydrauliques (8) dans un mode de travail où le dispositif de travail de l'équipement de terrassement sur roues fonctionne pour le travail;
       dispositif caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commutation est constitué d'une soupape de commutation de mode (18) et le mécanisme de ressort et d'amortissement est constitué d'un accumulateur (19) rempli d'un gaz sous pression, ledit accumulateur (19) possédant une capacité VA qui est dimensionnée de telle façon que l'accumulateur (19) assume la fonction d'un moyen de butée pour limiter les oscillations du dispositif de travail à une amplitude maximale prédéterminée.
  2. Dispositif de suppression des vibrations selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite soupape de commutation de mode (18) est commandée pour une fonction ON/OFF par un circuit de commande comprenant un moyen de détection de hauteur (128) pouvant détecter la garde au sol du dispositif de travail et fournissant un signal pour déplacer ladite soupape de commutation de mode (18) sur une position de déconnexion lorsque la hauteur du dispositif de travail est inférieure à une hauteur prédéterminée.
  3. Dispositif de suppression des vibrations selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par une soupape de réduction de la pression (20) montée en parallèle avec ladite soupape de commutation de mode et possédant un côté primaire raccordé aux chambres de pression de support de charge (8a) des actionneurs hydrauliques (8) et un côté secondaire raccordé audit accumulateur (19).
  4. Dispositif de suppression des vibrations selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par un étranglement (120) prévu dans une ligne raccordant ledit accumulateur (19) et ladite soupape de commutation de mode (18).
  5. Dispositif de suppression des vibrations selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit accumulateur (19) est raccordé aux chambres de pression de support de charge (8a) des actionneurs hydrauliques (8) par une conduite s'opposant à l'écoulement du fluide hydraulique et pouvant créer une perte de charge.
