Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zur Bildung von Schäumen, die umfaßt einen Behälter (1) für die aufzuschäumende Flüssigkeit (2), eine Flüssigkeitsleitung (3), die dazu dient, diese in einen porösen Stoff (8) zu leiten, in den gleichzeitig Luft gelangt, wobei er gebildete Schaum am Kopfende des Behälters abgenommen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flüssigkeitsleitung (3) in Richtung der Auslaßöffnung des Behälters (1) mittels einer Kammer (4) verlängert wird, die durch zwei oder mehrere, zu der genannten Leitung (3) querliegende Zwischenwände in mehrere geschlossene Abteile (6) unterteilt ist, wobei diese Zwischenwände aus einem porösen Stoff bestehen oder feine Durchlöcherungen aufweisen, die Kammer (4) auf einem verlängerten und unabhängigen Weg der Leitung (3) in Verbindung steht mit der Luft der Atmosphäre (9) oder mit einem Vorrat an Luft oder einem anderen Gas, wobei ausgeschlossen ist, daß die Kammer (4) eine langgestreckte spiralförmige Kammer ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Poren oder feinen Durchlöcherungen der querliegenden Zwischenwände (8) eine einheitliche Größe aufweisen, die ausreichend klein ist, um merklich zu verhindern, daß die Flüssigkeit durch die Schwerkraft zurückläuft und Kammer und Leitung zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Anwendungen entleert werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die querliegenden Zwischenwände aus einem Sieb oder porösen Element bestehen, welches eine Öffnungs- oder Porenausdehnung in der Größenordnung von 10 bis 250 µm, vorzugsweise 50 bis 150 µm, und eine Dicke von 0,05 bis 5 mm, vorzugsweise 0,1 bis 2 mm, aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß sie mehrere Zwischenwände umfaßt, die gebildet werden durch Falten eines perforierten oder porösen Bandes (10) wie eine Ziehharmonika im Inneren der Kammer (4).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt der Kammer (4) zwischen 1 und 200 mal, insbesondere zwischen 5 und 30 mal, jenen des Leitungsrohres (3) enthält.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie innerhalb oder außerhalb eines Gerätes angeordnet ist, wobei die Kammer hinzugefügt wird (4) oder bereits in dem Gerät vorhanden ist (11, 11') und ein oder mehrere Luftlöcher (9) geschaffen werden oder bereits vorhanden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es mehrere Aufblähkammern (4) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche, die mehrere Zwischenwände (8) umfaßt, die in der Kammer (4) mehrerer Abteile (5, 6, 7) abgrenzen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausdehnungen der Poren oder Durchlässe von einer Trennwand zur anderen variieren.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es Mittel umfaßt zur kontinuierlichen oder unterbrochenen Zufuhr der aufzuschäumenden Flüssigkeit aus Behälter (1).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, umfassend einen komprimierbaren Verteilungskolben, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß die Kammer (4) am oberen Teil des Flüssigkeitsleitungsrohres (3) im Inneren des Kolbens, unterhalb des Stopfens angebracht ist, wobei die Bewegung der Flüssigkeit durch Druck auf den Kolben erzeugt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, umfassend einen nicht komprimierbaren Behälter, der mit einer Pumpe ausgestattet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kammer (11) zum Ansaugen, zum Verdrängen von der Pumpe, angebracht ist oder daß sie gebildet wird durch den Körper der Pumpe selbst und/oder durch Hinzufügen des Ausgangs (11') von der Pumpe.
