Claims (17)
- Dispositif de brassage dans une installation de coulée continue, destiné à brasser le coeur liquide d'une barre dans la zone de sortie de la lingotière, un dispositif de brassage (10) étant prévu à la suite de la cavité de moule (11) d'une lingotière oscillante (2), caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de brassage (10) succédant directement à la cavité de moule (11) refroidie de la lingotière (2), et oscillant en commun avec la lingotière (2), peut être monté sur la table de lingotière (8), en étant séparé de la lingotière (2).
- Dispositif de brassage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de brassage (10) comporte des dispositifs de centrage (12) par rapport à la table de lingotière (8).
- Dispositif de brassage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de brassage (10) comporte des dispositifs d'appui et/ou de serrage (7 et 14), par rapport à la table de lingotière (8).
- Dispositif de brassage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la lingotière (2) comporte des dispositifs de centrage et de serrage (15 et 16), par rapport à la table de lingotière (8).
- Dispositif de brassage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la lingotière (2) peut être centrée et serrée sur la table de lingotière (8), au moyen d'une pièce intermédiaire (5).
- Dispositif de brassage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les dimensions extérieures (19) de la pièce intermédiaire (5) sont supérieures aux dimensions extérieures (20) d'un flasque de support du dispositif de brassage (10).
- Dispositif de brassage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'entre l'agitateur-brasseur (10) et la barre coulée (4), est prévu un interstice d'air (22), et que des jets de pulvérisation (24) de buses de pulvérisation (25) pénètrent dans cet interstice d'air (22).
- Dispositif de brassage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'interstice d'air (22) est divergent dans la direction d'avance de la barre (28).
- Dispositif de brassage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'entre les bobines du dispositif de brassage (10) et la barre (4), est prévue une enveloppe (27) en acier inoxydable.
- Dispositif de brassage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'agitateur-brasseur (10) est équipé de bobines de brassage conçues pour une fréquence de réseau, de préférence égale à 50 - 60 Hz.
- Dispositif de brassage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de brassage (10) produit un champ magnétique rotatif, transversalement à la direction d'avance de la barre (28) et communique au coeur liquide (29) de la barre ( 4 ), un mouvement de rotation s'effectuant essentiellement de manière concentrique à l'axe de la barre.
- Dispositif de brassage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'agitateur-brasseur (10) comporte un système de refroidissement (31, 31') indépendant du refroidissement de la lingotière.
- Dispositif de brassage selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le système de refroidissement de l'agitateur-brasseur est relié au refroidissement par pulvérisation d'eau (31).
- Dispositif de brassage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'entre une surface de délimitation inférieure (34) de la lingotière (2) et une surface de délimitation supérieure (35) du dispositif de brassage (10), est prévu un interstice de 0 à 5 mm.
- Dispositif de brassage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce qu'est prévu un bouclier de protection (30) disposé de manière à chevaucher extérieurement un tube de lingotière (32) et de façon à être interchangeable par le bas.
- Dispositif de brassage selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que le bouclier de protection (30') vient en appui frontalement contre un tube de lingotière (32') et est fixé de manière à être interchangeable par le bas.
- Dispositif de brassage selon l'une des revendications 15 ou 16, caractérisé en ce qu'entre le dispositif de brassage (10) et le bouclier de protection (30, 30′) est prévu un refroidissement par eau (31, 31′).
