Claims (7)
- Elektrisches Heizkabel mit einem Wärmeübertragungsteil, welches von einem einen guten Wärmeleiter bildenden Band gebildet wird, welches ebene Flügel aufweist, und mitten in den Flügeln eine in der Mitte verlaufende Längshohlkehle hat, in welcher sich das elektrische Kabel (3) befindet, welches darin gehalten ist, wobei das elektrische Heizkabel gemäß einer sinusförmigen Linie verlegt ist, von der jede Schleife einen Bogen (2a) in eine erste Richtung, gefolgt von einem ersten geradlinigen Segment (1a), gefolgt von einem Bogen (2b) in eine zweite Richtung, gefolgt von einem zweiten geradlinigen Segment (1b) parallel zu und in Übereinstimmung mit dem ersten geradlinigen Segment aufweist, wobei die Schleifen verbunden sind und das entsprechend zugeordnete elektrische Kabel ununterbrochen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bögen (2a, 2b) in der Form vorgefertigt sind, daß entsprechende Einkerbungen in den ebenen Flügeln des Bandes vorgesehen sind, und daß in den Bögen zwei aufeinanderfolgende Einkerbungen einen Abschnitt bilden, welcher eine Rückseite (4) und zwei Flügel (5a, 5b) aufweist, wobei jeder Flügel (5a oder 5b) allgemein die Form eines gleichschenkeligen Trapezes hat und wobei die kleine Seite nach außen und die große Seite nach innen weist.
- Elektrisches Heizkabel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Winkel, welcher zwischen der Symmetrieachse des Trapezes und den Querseiten des Flügels gebildet wird, größer als 15° ist und in der Größenordnung von 20° liegt.
- Elektrisches Heizkabel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einkerbungen in den Flügeln entlang des Querteils des Bandes bis etwa zur halben Höhe in der Nähe des elektrischen Kabels (3) verlängert sind, und die Rückseite (4) des Bandes nicht unterbrochen ist.
- Elektrisches Heizkabel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Bereichen der geradlinigen Segmenten (2a, 2b) das Band frei von Einkerbungen ist.
- Elektrisches Heizkabel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die geradlinigen Segmente (1a, 1b) in regelmäßigem Abstand mit Hilfe einer Mehrzahl von geradlinigen Bahnen (6, 7) gehalten sind, welche senkrecht zu den Segmenten ausgerichtet sind.
- Elektrisches Heizkabel nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Bahn (6 oder 7) von zwei Bändern aus widerstandsfähigem Kunststoffmaterial gebildet wird, welche miteinander zwischen den Segmenten verklebt sind, und daß die beiden Flächen der geradlinigen Segmente jeweils unter dem oberen Band und die anderen auf dem unteren Band angeklebt sind.
- Elektrisches Heizkabel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es nach der Herstellung auf einer Rolle in Richtung der Bahnen einsatzbereit aufgewikkelt ist.
