They are made of wood or plastic and have a cross-sectional outer contour approximately corresponding to the edge web (3) of the shuttering (2), in which arrangement a roughly channel-shaped indentation (6), running in the longitudinal direction of the edge section (4), for applying a clamp (7) or suchlike fastening element, in accordance with the shaping of the edge webs (3) of the shuttering (2), is in each case provided on the surfaces or longitudinal side faces of the edge sections (4) of the filling-in piece (1), which surfaces or longitudinal side faces are remote from the respective edge web (3) of the shuttering (2). At least this roughly channel-shaped indentation (6) is here lined with a strengthening piece. <IMAGE>

Description

The invention relates to a compensating element for insertion into the space between formwork panels or formwork parts with edge webs which are aligned or arranged in one plane, which compensating element in turn has matching edge profiles to the edge webs of the formwork panels, each of which is placed on a formlining tailored to the dimensions of the space.

It is known that in some buildings the formwork panels in fixed sizes are not sufficient for each dimension to be produced, but that, depending on the dimension, compensating elements have to be inserted between two formwork panels. These are either manufactured in elaborate manual work, so that their adaptation to the formwork panels is correspondingly difficult and expensive, or there are known edge rails with adjustable spacing, to which the formwork skin corresponding to the respective dimension of the space between the two formwork panels must be adapted . In all these cases, care must be taken to ensure that the fastening means for connecting the formwork panel are also suitable for the compensating element and in front to couple all of its edge profiles with the edge webs or edge profiles of the formwork panels. Otherwise, special fastening means would also have to be provided for these compensating elements.

It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a compensating element of the type mentioned at the outset, which can be produced as inexpensively as possible, and above all the formwork skin to be adapted in each case can be quickly and easily connected to the edge profiles without the need for special fastening elements, but rather for Connecting the formwork suitable fastening elements are also suitable for connecting to the compensating element. Nevertheless, the inexpensive to produce compensation element should have a long service life, especially when using fastening clips.

The solution to this apparently contradictory task is that the edge profiles of the compensating element consist of wood or plastic and have a cross-sectional outline shape corresponding to the edge web of the formwork panel, that on the surfaces of the edge profiles of the compensation element facing away from the respective edge web of the formwork element, each has an approximately groove-shaped indentation is provided for the attack of a clip or the like. Fastening element and that at least this approximately groove-shaped indentation is lined with a reinforcement.

In this way, the edge profiles of the compensation element can be made of inexpensive material, namely wood or plastic. The respective formlining can then be well attached to it because it can be nailed or screwed on without special precautions being taken. Such a wood screw can also be screwed in advantageously from the edge profile, so that the formlining of the Compensation element leaves no impression of the fastener even on the surface facing the concrete. Although the edge profiles are made of relatively soft material, the attack of a connecting clip is still possible because their contours, including a trough-shaped indentation, correspond to the edge webs of the formwork panels and the connecting pressure emanating from the clip is distributed over the lining, so that despite the clamping force the connection clip the respective connection point is not damaged.

It is particularly expedient if the lining of the indentation of the edge profile of the compensating element is made of plastic or steel. Steel in particular offers a correspondingly high resistance to the pressure forces of a connecting clamp.

It is advantageous if the lining is fastened in an exchangeable manner. It can therefore be easily replaced with a new lining after a certain time, if it has been injured by several formwork processes or has started a corrosion process in the case of a metallic version.

So that the area of the edge profiles adjacent to the groove-shaped indentation cannot be damaged when attaching the fastening clips, it is advantageous if the lining with fastening flanges protrudes to the edge areas arranged on both sides of the groove-shaped recess and the fastening points are preferably provided on these edge flanges. This has the further advantage that the fastening clip does not, of all things, engage a fastening element for the lining and makes it damaged or even unusable when it is clamped and clamped.

In order to make production as simple and inexpensive as possible and to be able to transmit high clamping forces also on the compensating element, the edge profiles expediently have a full cross section.

The invention is described in more detail below with its details that are essential to it, using the drawing. It shows:
  • 1 is a diagrammatic representation of a view of the rear of a compensating element facing away from the concrete, the edge profile of which is attached to a formlining adapted to a gap to be bridged between two formwork panels,
  • Fig. 2 in plan view the connection of an edge profile of a compensating element according to FIG. 1 with an approximately corresponding outer web of a formwork panel and
  • Fig. 3 in plan view a complete compensating element, which is fastened in the space between two formwork panels with the help of clips and in alignment with them.

A compensation element, designated as a whole by 1, serves, according to FIG. 3, to be inserted into the intermediate space between formwork panels 2 which are aligned with one another or are arranged in one plane, the clear distance between which is smaller than the extent of another such formwork panel. The formwork panels 2 have edge webs 3 designed as hollow profiles and the compensating element 1 in turn has matching edge profiles 4 to these edge webs 3 of the formwork panels 2. These edge profiles 4 are of one dimension solutions of the interspace correspondingly cut formwork 5 and attached to this.

In all three figures it is indicated that the edge profiles 4 of the compensating element 1 consist of wood or plastic, whereby the production from wood can be realized by several layers of wood 4α. The edge profiles 4 are correspondingly free of distortion and cracks despite the material wood.

These edge profiles 4, as can clearly be seen in FIG. 2, have a cross-sectional outline shape that approximately corresponds to the edge web 3 of the formwork panel 2 and, above all, an approximately groove-shaped indentation 6 for the attack of a surface in the surface facing away from the respective edge web 3 of the formwork panel 2 2 and 3 each indicated attachment or connection bracket 7. It is important that this trough-shaped indentation 6 is lined with a reinforcement 8, which distributes the forces emanating from the bracket 7 and the wood or plastic from selective overloads, deformations and protects damage. This lining 8 can consist of plastic or steel.

It can clearly be seen that this indentation 6 is at the same height as an analog indentation 6a on the edge webs 3 of the formwork panels 2, so that the symmetrical application of force to the bracket 7 can take place in the same way as in the direct connection of two abutting formwork panels 2. The attachment of the compensating element 1 within a panel assembly is done in exactly the same way as the attachment of the panels to each other, so that special fasteners are not required.

The liner 8 can be interchangeable so that it after a certain time, if it should be injured by several formwork processes or damaged or corroded by weather influences, it can be easily replaced by a new one, so that the edge profile 4 can be used again and again.

It can also be seen in the figures that the liner 8 is provided with fastening flanges 9 running on both sides of the groove 6, which protrudes onto the edge regions arranged on both sides of the groove-shaped recess 6, the fastening points 10 being provided on these edge flanges 9 in the exemplary embodiment. As a result, at least two advantages are achieved at the same time, namely the clamping forces of the clamps 7 are not accidentally exerted on such fastening points and fastening elements, as a result of which they could be damaged, and if the fastening clamp 7 is not very carefully immediately immediately in the indentation 6 during its assembly, but instead should initially be put on something next to it and possibly even from there should first slide into the indentation or groove 6 when bracing, the edge area is protected and the clip is moved into the groove-shaped recess with greater certainty.

In order to be able to transmit the clamping forces in the best possible way, the edge profiles 4 have a full cross section.

In Fig. 2 it can still be seen that the wooden edge profiles 4 are assembled from individual strips 4a, the contact surfaces 4b of which are each parallel to the formlining 2, so that the clamping and compressive forces can be transmitted well.
