It relates more particularly to an automatic labeling machine, in which the label support strip is unwound and passes over a distribution plate at a sharp angle, so that the label detaches from the strip when the strip passes over the edge of the plate and can be affixed to an article.
  • Labeling machines of this type include not only means for unwinding the strip coming from the supply reel but also means for winding the strip free of labels, after passing over the distribution plate.

Claims (1)

  1. Etikettiermaschine mit einer Rolle (3) zum Abwickeln eines Trägerbandes (1) für Etiketten (2), einer Aufnahmerolle (12) für das Band, nachdem die Etiketten abgelegt worden sind, einer Verteilerplatte (6), die in der Nähe zweier Ablenkstifte (5, 7) angeordnet ist, die das Band (1) derart umlenken, daß dieses auf seinem Weg zwischen dem ersten Umlenkstift (5), der Platte (6) und dem zweiten Umlenkstift (7) spitze Winkel einschließt und einem Antriebssystem (8, 9) für das Band, das hinter dem zweiten Umlenkungsstift (7) angeordnet ist, gekennzeichnet durch
    a) einen Arm (16), an dessen Ende der erste Umlenkungsstift (5) befestigt ist, wobei der Arm schwenkbar um eine erste Achse (17) ist,
    b) einem Teil (18), auf dem einerseits ein Anschlag (20) und andererseits die erste Achse (17) angebracht sind, wobei dieses Teil (18) selbst bezüglich einer zweiten Achse (21) schwenkbar ist, die auf dem Rahmen (15) der Maschine befestigt ist,
    c) einem ersten Rückholorgan, das mit dem schwenkbaren Teil (18) und dem Rahmen (15) der Maschine fest verbunden ist, welches das Teil (18) up eine zweite Achse (21) derart verschwenken kann, daß der Anschlag (20) direkt oder indirekt gegen die Drehachse der Rolle zur Förderung des Bandes (3) andrückt, und
    d) einem zweiten Rückholorgan, das an dem schwenkbaren Teil (18) und dem Arm (16) befestigt ist, welches den Arm (16) um die erste Achse (17) derart verschwenken kann, daß der erste Umlenkstift (5) sich dem Anschlag (20) nähert.
