Abstract

L'élément décrit est destiné à faire passer des canalisations, notamment de chaleur, eau, égout, électricité et climatisation, de manière étanche à travers les voûtes entre différents planchers ou différents espaces dans des bâtiments. Cet élément de construction traversant (1) comporte un cadre (2) coulé en béton ou en béton granulaire léger, sur lequel a été coulé de manière permanente, lors de la fabrication, un élément de raccordement (3', 5') s'étendant à travers le cadre (2) de l'élément (1) pour assurer la continuation de chaque canalisation aux deux extrémités de l'élément de raccordement, et/ou un élément isolant de canalisation (6') destiné à équiper chaque canalisation à faire passer de manière étanche à travers le cadre (2) de l'élément (1).
