Definitions
- the invention relates to a ribbed plate with a wheel handlebar chair for fastening a wheel handlebar and a device for holding down the rail foot of the travel rail, wherein a spring element for holding down the rail foot of the travel rail can be inserted between supporting plates of the wheel handlebar chair, which spring element can be driven in by means of a travel rail longitudinal direction Wedge is clamped.
- Ribbed plates with a wheel handlebar chair are used to fasten rails and wheel handlebars at the same time and are usually attached to wooden sleepers using sleeper screws.
- the wheel handlebar lies on the support plates of the wheel handlebar chair and is fixed in this way in its height and connected to the wheel handlebar chair, for example by switch screws. Spacers can be inserted here to compensate for the wheel link wear.
- the running rail itself is fastened to the base plate on the side facing away from the wheel control arm, ie the so-called outside, in the usual way. For this, hook screws in connection with clamping plates or tension clamps or the like. be used.
- the fastening takes place in the form of an inner rail bracing in a known manner by means of tension springs and tensioning wedges.
- the spring element is held down by a tensioning wedge supported on the support plates of the wheel handlebar chair, the forces transmitted from the travel rail to the inner rail fastening being absorbed by the chair welded to the base plate and the wheel handlebar chairs for clamping wedge fixing.
- the design is such that the support plates of the wheel control chair prevent the lateral displacement of the tension spring, these support plates being welded to the base plate.
- the invention now aims to provide a ribbed plate of the type mentioned at the outset, with which the safe absorption of such forces is ensured without the risk of destroying the ribbed plate or the connection points to the wheel steering chair.
- the ribbed plate of the type mentioned at the outset essentially consists in the fact that bores or openings for fastening the ribbed plate on the handlebar are arranged at a distance from the free end of the ribbed plate facing away from the running rail, which distance is at least one third, preferably at least two thirds, the distance of the free end of the ribbed plate corresponds to the foot of the rail.
- the wheel-arm-side bores for fastening the ribbed plate are provided closer to the rail foot, a bending and thus a bending alternating stress on the ribbed plate is counteracted, whereby the risk of breakage is substantially reduced. Due to the screwing of the ribbed plate near the rail foot, only the tensile forces, which can be safely absorbed by threshold screws, act on the sleeper screws with which the ribbed plates are fixed to the sleepers in these areas.
- the design is preferably such that the openings in the top view lie outside the axis of a clamping wedge running in the longitudinal direction of the rail for the spring element for holding down the rail foot.
- a design allows the subsequent tensioning of the spring element by driving in the wedge without hiebei one Disability due to threshold screws for fixing the ribbed plate.
- a particularly high strength and low susceptibility to breakage arises when the design is such that the fastening holes of the ribbed plate are arranged between the axis of the clamping wedge and the rail foot.
- the supporting forces of the spring element are likewise absorbed in a simple manner by the support plates of the wheel control chair, so that overall a very stable and rigid construction results.
- the bending stiffness of such a construction can be increased in that the design is made such that the support plates of the wheel control chair are welded to the ribbed plate via double-V seams.
- Such a welding of the support plates of the wheel handlebar chair to the ribbed plate leads on the one hand to a reduction in the space required for the welding and on the other hand to a larger welding cross section, which increases the load capacity.
- a particularly high rigidity of the ribbed plate with the wheel chair results when the support plates of the Connect the wheel handlebar chairs flush to the rail foot of the travel rail.
- Such a design allows the lateral spacing of the support plates of the wheel control chair to be chosen relatively small, in order in this way to offer reliable guidance of a spring element against displacement in the longitudinal direction of the rail without reducing the bending stiffness and thus increasing the risk of breakage.
- the design is advantageously made such that the ribbed plate is tapered in plan view at both ends. Because of the rigid construction and the use of double V-seams, it is possible to ensure a sufficient lateral distance, which enables the ribbed plate to be screwed to the sleepers outside the support plates of the wheel handlebar chair allows wider parts of the ribbed plate, the ends of the ribbed plates not projecting beyond the sleepers even when the ribbed plates are fixed relative to the longitudinal axis of the sleeper.
- FIG. 1 shows a side view of a first embodiment of a ribbed plate according to the invention with a wheel steering chair and a travel rail; 2 shows a plan view of the embodiment according to FIG. 1, the traveling rail and the wheel control arm not being shown for the sake of clarity, and FIG. 3 shows a modified embodiment of a ribbed plate according to the invention in a representation analogous to FIG.
- FIG. 1 denotes a ribbed plate, on which a wheel control chair 2 for fixing a wheel control arm 3 is fixed and in particular welded on.
- the fixing of the wheel control arm 3 to the support plates 4 of the wheel control armchair 2 takes place via a screw connection 5, whereby when the wheel control arm 3 is worn, for example spacer disks or plates can be provided in the area of the screw connection 5, as is indicated by the spacer disk 6.
- a travel rail 7 is also fixed on the ribbed plate 1, the foot 8 of the travel rail being fastened in a conventional manner on the side facing away from the wheel handlebar, the so-called outer side of the ribbed plate 1, for example by means of hook screws in connection with clamping plates or tension clamps, or Pandrol clips can be done, such a definition is not shown for the sake of clarity.
- the rail foot 8 of the travel rail 7 can also be fixed by means of screws or tension clamps or also by means of a so-called inner travel rail bracing, which is indicated schematically in FIG. 1.
- the rail foot is fixed via a tension spring 9, which is guided in a simple manner by the support plates 4 of the wheel handlebar chair 2, the tension spring 9 being inserted generally without tension or with little pretension and for fixing or tensioning a substantially in the longitudinal direction the driving rail extending wedge 10 is driven, the wedge 10 is guided in the support plates 4 of the wheel handlebar chair.
- a rib 11 is also indicated on the rib plate 1 and the support plates 4 of the wheel control chair 2 are flush with the rail foot 8 of the travel rail 7.
- the support plates for a stable construction of the wheel control chair 2 can thus be arranged at a smaller distance from one another.
- the ribbed plate 1 in the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 is screwed near the inner rail fastening with sleepers (not shown), the holes for screwing the ribbed plate 1 with the sleepers being designated by 15.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a ribbed plate with a wheel handlebar chair for fastening a wheel handlebar and a device for holding down the rail foot of the travel rail, wherein a spring element for holding down the rail foot of the travel rail can be inserted between supporting plates of the wheel handlebar chair, which spring element can be driven in by means of a travel rail longitudinal direction Wedge is clamped.
Ribbed plates with a wheel handlebar chair are used to fasten rails and wheel handlebars at the same time and are usually attached to wooden sleepers using sleeper screws. The wheel handlebar lies on the support plates of the wheel handlebar chair and is fixed in this way in its height and connected to the wheel handlebar chair, for example by switch screws. Spacers can be inserted here to compensate for the wheel link wear. The running rail itself is fastened to the base plate on the side facing away from the wheel control arm, ie the so-called outside, in the usual way. For this, hook screws in connection with clamping plates or tension clamps or the like. be used. On the inside, the fastening takes place in the form of an inner rail bracing in a known manner by means of tension springs and tensioning wedges. With such a design, the spring element is held down by a tensioning wedge supported on the support plates of the wheel handlebar chair, the forces transmitted from the travel rail to the inner rail fastening being absorbed by the chair welded to the base plate and the wheel handlebar chairs for clamping wedge fixing. With such a resilient attachment, the design is such that the support plates of the wheel control chair prevent the lateral displacement of the tension spring, these support plates being welded to the base plate.
Relatively large lateral forces act on the wheel control arm as well as on the travel rail, which have to be absorbed by the wheel control chair and by the tensioning elements fastened to the ribbed plate and the ribbed plate itself.
The invention now aims to provide a ribbed plate of the type mentioned at the outset, with which the safe absorption of such forces is ensured without the risk of destroying the ribbed plate or the connection points to the wheel steering chair. To achieve this object, the ribbed plate of the type mentioned at the outset essentially consists in the fact that bores or openings for fastening the ribbed plate on the handlebar are arranged at a distance from the free end of the ribbed plate facing away from the running rail, which distance is at least one third, preferably at least two thirds, the distance of the free end of the ribbed plate corresponds to the foot of the rail. Due to the fact that, contrary to the known designs of the ribbed plate, the wheel-arm-side bores for fastening the ribbed plate are provided closer to the rail foot, a bending and thus a bending alternating stress on the ribbed plate is counteracted, whereby the risk of breakage is substantially reduced. Due to the screwing of the ribbed plate near the rail foot, only the tensile forces, which can be safely absorbed by threshold screws, act on the sleeper screws with which the ribbed plates are fixed to the sleepers in these areas.
The design is preferably such that the openings in the top view lie outside the axis of a clamping wedge running in the longitudinal direction of the rail for the spring element for holding down the rail foot. Such a design allows the subsequent tensioning of the spring element by driving in the wedge without hiebei one Disability due to threshold screws for fixing the ribbed plate. A particularly high strength and low susceptibility to breakage arises when the design is such that the fastening holes of the ribbed plate are arranged between the axis of the clamping wedge and the rail foot. In such spring elements, which can be pressed onto the rail foot by means of a clamping wedge, the supporting forces of the spring element are likewise absorbed in a simple manner by the support plates of the wheel control chair, so that overall a very stable and rigid construction results. The bending stiffness of such a construction can be increased in that the design is made such that the support plates of the wheel control chair are welded to the ribbed plate via double-V seams. Such a welding of the support plates of the wheel handlebar chair to the ribbed plate leads on the one hand to a reduction in the space required for the welding and on the other hand to a larger welding cross section, which increases the load capacity. Compared to the conventional double fillet welds, this results in a particularly stable construction, in which there is sufficient space outside the support plates of the wheel handlebar chair in plan view on the ribbed plate, in order, as is a preferred embodiment of the invention, for the fastening holes in the ribbed plate to be arranged between the support plates of the wheel handlebar chair and the side edges of the ribbed plate. In this case, the fastening screws or sleeper screws for fixing the ribbed plate remain freely accessible even after mounting a spring element and, if necessary, can be retightened without dismantling the wheel control arm or fixing the travel rail.
A particularly high rigidity of the ribbed plate with the wheel chair results when the support plates of the Connect the wheel handlebar chairs flush to the rail foot of the travel rail. Such a design allows the lateral spacing of the support plates of the wheel control chair to be chosen relatively small, in order in this way to offer reliable guidance of a spring element against displacement in the longitudinal direction of the rail without reducing the bending stiffness and thus increasing the risk of breakage.
In particular in the event that such ribbed plates are not to be screwed to the sleepers exactly parallel to the longitudinal axis of the sleepers in order to compensate for tolerances, the design is advantageously made such that the ribbed plate is tapered in plan view at both ends.
The invention is explained in more detail below on the basis of exemplary embodiments schematically illustrated in the drawing.
In FIG. 1, 1 denotes a ribbed plate, on which a
In addition to the
When driving on the
In the embodiment shown in Figure 2, the reference numerals of Figure 1 have been retained. The narrow design of the
In order to prevent parts of the ribbed
When using a rail fastening by means of a tension spring, which between the
Die Festlegung der Schienen ist dabei der Übersichtlichkeit halber jedoch nicht dargestellt.3 shows a modified embodiment of a ribbed plate, the reference numerals from FIGS. 1 and 2 being retained for the same components. In this embodiment, the
For a particularly rigid construction of the rib plate and also to avoid breakage of the
