A variable stiffness elastic antifriction rail assembly in accordance with claim 1 wherein: a spring (8) is sleeved on the double-head special-shaped bolt (10) between the T-shaped guard rail (1) and the thin-wall steel sleeve (11), one end of the spring (8) is propped against the outer side of the thin-wall steel sleeve (11), and the other end of the spring is propped against the outer side of the T-shaped guard rail (1).
