Definitions
- the invention relates to a boiler with lint burner chamber according to the preamble of the main claim.
- Such a boiler is known, for example, from DE-U-77 35 960. If the bottom of the combustion chamber in such boilers is located directly adjacent to the bottom plate, which closes off the water-bearing housing at the bottom, the aim should be to provide this area with good thermal insulation at the bottom and to make do with a minimum of thermal bridges, despite the need to have sufficient load-bearing capacity To have to provide stand elements for the vertical, water-bearing housing. Furthermore, even with such boilers, care must be taken to be able to level the boiler comfortably with regard to uneven floors. Such requirements, as can be readily recognized by the person skilled in the art, are not optimally met in previously known boilers of this type (for example DE-U-77 35 960 and DE-U-69 45 833).
- the invention is accordingly based on the object of improving such boilers with respect to their housing that their substructure meets these requirements, with the proviso that the substructure, with the smallest possible height, allows the arrangement of insulation material under the floor panel to allow the necessary Support elements for the installation of the housing are reduced to a minimum and that the substructure is also intended to form a bottom-side closure for the side wall insulation of the housing.
- This design according to the invention results in a substructure that requires little height, an insulation material blank can be conveniently inserted in the space between the base and base plate and the necessary base webs for transmitting the load are integrated into this extraordinarily flat substructure and are arranged and designed such that a minimum of heat conduction downwards is guaranteed by these base webs.
- the dimensioning of the plinth also simultaneously ensures that the insulation jacket surrounding the housing is connected and disconnected at the same time, and that this design according to the invention, in conjunction with the housing, is an easily disassembled and mountable unit, which advantageously makes it possible, if necessary, when insertion - Difficulties in introducing the boiler into the installation room without external insulation and substructure and then being able to easily rejoin it on site.
- Bottom plate protrusion is to be understood to mean that the bottom plate of the housing has a sufficient protrusion all round with respect to the side housing wall in order to be able to arrange the base webs underneath.
- the base plate protrusion only consists of tongue-like extensions which are arranged in the region of the base webs. Apart from this, there is, of course, a slight protrusion of the bottom plate all around to have a sufficiently large circumferential gusset for the fillet weld welding of the base plate to the casing shell plate.
- the base plate or its protrusion is not fixed to the base webs, but is connected to detachable screw connections, which also offer the possibility, on the one hand, between the base webs and the base plate and to arrange the heads of the screws and the base plate heat transfer barriers in the form of washers made of a suitable material.
- the so-called base plate is dimensioned and cut at the same time so that it also covers the cross section of the side wall insulation of the housing downwards, with the leveling elements on this base plate outside the area of the base plate.
- both the base plate and the base plate are provided with corresponding upward curvatures, these curvatures being provided within the area of arrangement of the base webs.
- the water-carrying housing of the boiler formed by the cylindrical wall 13 contains a lint burner chamber 14, from the lower open end of which a heating gas flue 15 surrounding the combustion chamber 14 leads to an upper plenum chamber 16 with a gas outlet connection 17.
- base webs 2 are arranged with which the floor panel protrusion 1 is screwed.
- the base webs 2 are firmly connected to the base plate 3, that is, welded, the diameter D 1 of which corresponds to the outer diameter D 2 or the outer peripheral contour of the heat insulation jacket 4.
- this base plate has an upward-facing rim 5 which comprises the outer lower edge 6 of the heat insulation jacket 4.
- leveling screws 7 penetrating the base plate, with the aid of which the overall boiler can be adjusted in a vertically oriented manner with regard to any unevenness in the floor.
- leveling options are generally known and also common in boiler construction. In the present case, however, these belong to the base plate 3, which may initially be set up independently of the boiler, onto which the actual boiler can then be placed, after a corresponding blank of insulation material 12 has been placed on the base plate 3 in the space 11 between the base plate and base plate 8, 3 has been.
- the base plates 2 there are various options, ie these base plates can be arranged radially, as can be seen in FIG. 2, but it is also possible to arrange such base plates as short arcs on a corresponding circle of the base plate 3.
- studs 18 with an internal thread are provided at the ends of the base webs 2, which protrude beyond the base plates 2 by the amount of the sheet thickness of the base plate 8, so that the base plate protrusion 1 by means of appropriately tailored washers 19 with respect to the base webs 2 can be fixed.
- the intermediate layer of poorly heat-conducting material 19 ' is readily possible, which can also be arranged between the base plate 8 and base webs 2, if necessary.
- the stud bolts 18 with their internal thread also a height is to be measured which corresponds to the height of the base webs 2.
- the length of the base webs 2 is dimensioned in both the one and the other embodiment such that on the one hand they can fulfill their supporting function for the water-carrying housing 13, but on the other hand they represent the smallest possible contact area for the base plate 8.

Description
- Fig. 1 einen Schnitt durch den Heizkessel;
- Fig. 3 einen Schnitt längs Linie III-III in Fig. 2.
