Claims (6)
- Dispositif d'entraînement d'un lève-glace comportant un carter de transmission (2), dans lequel une roue à vis sans fin (3) entraînée par un moteur électrique d'entraînement (1) est montée rotative sur un axe (21) raccordé rigidement au carter de transmission (2) et est raccordée selon une liaison d'entraînement à une poulie d'entraînement (4), montée de manière à pouvoir tourner, coaxialement par rapport à l'axe (21), et par l'intermédiaire de cames d'entraînement (42) qui font saillie axialement, la poulie d'entraînement (4), tandis que cette poulie est raccordée selon une liaison d'entraînement à un organe mené, par l'intermédiaire d'une douille, qui fait saillie axialement sur sa face frontale tournée à l'opposé de la roue à vis sans fin (3) et est concentrique à l'axe (21), pour réaliser le relèvement et l'abaissement de la vitre, caractérisé par une poulie d'entraînement (4) comportant un collet d'arbre (41), qui fait saillie axialement hors du carter de transmission (2), par sa face frontale tournée à l'opposé de la roue à vis sans fin (3), et glisse sur l'axe (21), qui comporte une denture extérieure (denture à cannelures 44) à l'extérieur du carter de transmission (2) pour réaliser l'entraînement en rotation, selon une liaison par formes complémentaires, aussi bien d'une poulie à câble (7) pouvant être emmanchée axialement sur l'extrémité libre de l'axe (21), d'un lève-glace à câble, que également d'un pignon d'entraînement (8) d'un lève-glace à bras ou à ciseaux, avec un système intérieur d'encliquetage (71 ou 81) de la poulie à câble (7) ou du pignon d'entraînement (8) correspondant respectivement au système extérieur d'encliquetage (denture à cannelures 44) du collet d'arbre (41).
- Unité d'entraînement d'un lève-glace suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que la poulie d'entraînement (4) peut être emmanchée, au moyen du collet d'arbre (41) qui lui est raccordé d'un seul tenant, sur l'axe (21), à partir de l'extrémité libre de ce dernier, et peut être bloquée axialement sur l'axe (21) dans sa position finale de fonctionnement, par encliquetage au moyen d'un dispositif de fermeture à déclic.
- Unité d'entraînement d'un lève-glace suivant la revendication 2, caractérisée par le fait que la poulie d'entraînement (4) comportant le collet d'arbre (41) est réalisée d'un seul tenant en matière plastique et que l'axe (21) est pourvu, au niveau de son extrémité axiale libre, de pattes élastiques (211-213), qui exercent radialement leur élasticité et comportent des crochets unilatéraux radiaux (217) destinés à réaliser la liaison par formes complémentaires avec encliquetage avec le bout d'arbre (41) lorsque la poulie d'entraînement (4) est dans sa position finale de fonctionnement.
- Unité d'entraînement d'un lève-glace suivant la revendication 3, caractérisée par le fait que les crochets (217) sont pourvus respectivement d'un biseau axial de montée (218), de sorte que lors de l'emmanchement axial de la poulie d'entraînement (4), les crochets (217) peuvent être automatiquement repoussés radialement par ces biseaux jusqu'à ce qu'ils atteignent leur position finale en fonctionnement.
- Unité d'entraînement d'un lève-glace comportant un carter de transmission en forme de pot suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée par le fait que le carter de transmission en forme de pot (2) est obturé, sur son côté ouvert, par un couvercle (23) du carter de transmission et que le couvercle (23) du carter de transmission est étanchéifié par rapport au collet d'arbre (41) par une garniture d'étanchéité (D1) appliquée axialement d'une manière à établir l'étanchéité.
- Unité d'entraînement d'un lève-glace suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée par le fait que le collet d'arbre (41) est étanchéifié par rapport à l'axe (21), au moyen d'une garniture d'étanchéité (D2) appliquée axialement de manière à établir l'étanchéité.
