Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Umformmaschine, insbesondere mechanische Presse, mit zwei geradlinig relativ zueinander bewegbaren Maschinenteilen, wobei das eine Maschinenteil mit in Bewegungsrichtung verlaufenden Führungsflächen an Gegenführungsorganen des anderen Maschinenteils geführt ist. - Bei den mechanischen Pressen kann es sich um Kniehebel-,Gelenk-, Kurbel- oder Exzenterpressen - mit Unterantrieb oder Oberantrieb - handeln. Bei den aus der Praxis bekannten, druckschriftlich nicht näher belegten Umformmaschinen der genannten Art bestehen auch die Gegenführungsorgane aus sich in Bewegungsrichtung über den gesamten Bewegungsweg erstreckenden Führungsflächen. Dabei kann es sich um durchgehende außenliegende oder innenliegende Vierfach-V-Führungen oder durchgehende außenliegende Achtfach-Flachführungen handeln. Nachteilig ist zunächst, daß in den meisten Fällen infolge von Fertigungsungenauigkeiten ein manuelles Einschaben der Führungsflächen erforderlich ist, um den erforderlichen Flächentraganteil zu erreichen. Im Betrieb treten bei unsymmetrischem Kraftangriff und einer daraus resultierenden Kipptendenz von Rahmen bzw. Stößel sogenannte Kantenträger an den Enden der Führungsflächen und damit örtlicher sowie ungleichmäßiger Verschleiß auf. Die Führungsflächen werden zunehmend ballig und das Kippspiel des Rahmens nimmt zu. Eine Nachstellung der Führungsflächen bringt bei balligen Laufflächen keine wesentliche Verringerung des Kippspiels, sondern nur eine Erwärmung des mittleren Abschnittes der Führungsfläche. Bei Reparatur müssen beide Maschinenteile demontiert, Gleitbeläge ersetzt und Führungsflächen nachgearbeitet werden, was zeitraubend und kostenspielig ist. Darüber hinaus sind bei Pressenrahmen infolge ihres speziellen Verformungsverhaltens (Einschnürung im Mittelabschnitt, Verbreiterung am Rahmenende) nur außenliegende oder nur innenliegende Führungsflächen grundsätzlich nachteilig, weil bei Belastung jeweils ein Ende der Führungsfläche "aufmacht", d. h. sich die Rahmenfläche von der Führungsfläche entfernt und das Spiel vergrößert. Ein weiterer Nachteil V-förmig angeordneter Führungsflächen ist in einer durch Kraftzerlegung bedingten gegenseitigen Beeinflussung der beiden Führungsebenen bei Verschleiß- oder Spielvergrößerung zu sehen.In known from practice, printed documents unspecified occupied forming machines of the type mentioned also consist of the counter-guide members in the direction of movement over the entire path of movement extending guide surfaces. Bei der Fertigung sind keine manuellen Nacharbeiten nötig. Bei einer Anordnung der Gegenführungsorgane jeweils parallel zu den beiden Führungsebenen ist eine gegenseitige Beeinflussung durch Kraftkomponenten nicht mehr gegeben. Die einzelnen Gegenführungsorgane sind unabhängig voneinander und abhängig von jeweiligen örtlichen Verhältnissen und Anforderungen zustellbar. Die Kugelkalotten können bei Verschleiß rasch und unproblematisch von außen ersetzt werden, ohne daß zeitraubende Maschinendemontage erforderlich ist. Die Gegenführungsorgane 5 sind als Kugelkalotten 6 aus einem gleitfähigen Material ausgeführt, die mit ihrer ebenen Kalottenfläche 7 an der zugeordneten Führungsfläche 4, 4′ und mit ihrer kugeligen Kalottenfläche 8 jeweils an einer entsprechenden Kugelabschnittsfläche 9 eines senkrecht zur Bewegungsrichtung 3 im zugeordneten Maschinenteil 2 verstellbaren Kugelpfannenkörpers 10 anliegen. Die Kugelkalotten 6 bestehen aus Bronze oder Kunststoff bzw. aus Bronze und einem die ebene Kalottenfläche 7 aufweisenden Kunststoffeinsatz. Die Kugelpfannenkörper 10 sind mit einem Außengewinde in das zugeordnete Maschinenteil 2 eingeschraubt und mittels eines rückwärtigen Gewindeschaftes 11 gegen dieses Maschinenteil 2 verspannt.The
Jeder Führungsfläche 4, 4′ sind zumindest zwei, im allgemeinen vier, an den Ecken eines Rechteckes gelegene Gegenführungsorgane 5 zugeordnet. Bei der Ausführungsform nach den Fig. 1 und 2 sind den äußeren Führungsflächen 4, die parallel zur Rahmenebene liegen, jeweils vier dieser Gegenführungsorgane 5 zugeordnet. Darüber hinaus weist der Rahmen 1 senkrecht zu diesen Führungsflächen 4 liegende innere und äußere Führungsflächen 4′ auf. Dabei ist die Anordnung so getroffen, daß der Rahmen 1 mit seinen inneren Führungsflächen 4′ nur an oberen Paaren von Gegenführungsorganen 5 und mit seinen gegegenüberliegenden äußeren Führungsflächen 4′ lediglich an unteren Paaren von Gegenführungsorganen 5 geführt ist. Bei der Ausführungsform nach den Fig. 3 und 4 sind jeder Führungsfläche 4, 4′ vier, an den Ecken eines Rechtecks liegende Gegenführungsorgane 5 zugeordnet.Each
