Claims (8)

1. Tamper-proof closure means for a container of the type comprising a capsule (5) constituted by a cylindrical skirt or sleeve (7) provided with a central opening (8a) which ensures locking of a seal (6) of the mouth (3) of the container (2), and upon which is fixed by gluing or welding a tearable inner capsule (9) made of aluminium foil or similar material, the tearable inner capsule (9) being of such dimensions that it overlaps relative to the capsule (5) to which it is fixed, and its overlapping portion, i.e. its entire periphery, being made integral by means of gluing, sealing or other means, with a rigid ring grip (10) engaged at least partly on the capsule (5), characterised in that the rigid ring grip (10) is connected by at least one bridge of material (11) to a portion of the upper end of the cylindrical skirt (7) of the capsule (5) in the vicinity of at least one tearing line (12) extending over the entire height of the skirt (7) and associated with a partial cut-out (14) provided on the end wall (8) of the capsule (5), and extending from the tearing line (12) in question as far as the central opening (82), so that this skirt (7) tears when the tearable inner capsule is torn off with the aid of the rigid ring grip (10).
2. Closure means according to Claim 1, characterised in that the bridge of material (11) connecting the rigid ring grip (10) to the cylindrical skirt (7) is defined circumferentially by the two upper ends of two tearing lines (12) parallel to the generating lines of the cylindrical skirt (7).
3. Closure means according to Claim 2, characterised in that the bridge of material (11) is extended as far as the central opening (8a) of the capsule (5) by a tongue (13) defined by two partial cut-outs (14) provided on the end wall (8) of the capsule (5), each said cut-out being comprised in the diametral plane of a tearing line (12).

Closure means according to any one of Claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the rigid ring grip (10) is equipped, in the region substantially diametrally opposite the bridge of material (11), with a tab (16) extending towards the exterior, and adapted to facilitate manipulation of the said ring (10).
5. Closure means according to any one of Claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the ring grip (10) is connected to the capsule (5) by at least one fracture start point (15) which is easy to break.
6. Closure means according to Claim 5, characterised in that the fracture start points (15) are two in number, and connect the tab (16) of the ring grip (10) to the capsule (5).
7. Closure means according to any one of Claims 1 to 6, characterised in that there are provided positioning stops (17) for the seal (6) of the mouth (3) of the container (2), disposed on the inner wall of the cylindrical skirt (7), enabling the seal (6) to be fixed to the capsule (5), and enabling these two elements to be engaged together on the neck (2) of the container when it is closed.
8. Closure means according to any one of Claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the capsule is made of a thermoplastic material such as polypropylene which tends to split when any attempt is made to open the container by a means other than the ring grip.
