Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Greifen und Halten von wenigstens zwei geschmeidigen Teilen z.B. aus Stoff, die bestimmt sind, durch Nähen oder dergleichen zusammengefügt zu werden und dessen einer (3) die Abdeckfläche des oberen Teiles z.B. des Sitzteiles eines Sitzes bildet, während der andere (5) einen den Sitzteil umgebenden Streifen bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen eine Form bildenden und zur Aufnahme der besagten Fläche (3) und des besagten Streifens (5) geeigneten Träger (1) umfasst, der Mittel (4) aufweist, die das Umfangseinklemmen dieser beiden Elemente (3, 5) durch Abstützung einer Platte oder dergleichen (9) an dem besagten eine Form bildenden Träger gestatten.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Umfang des eine Form bildenden Trägers (1) mit einer den den Sitzteil umgebenden Streifen (5) aufnehmenden Nut oder dergleichen (6) versehen ist, die auf der Innenseite des Trägers (1) ein Polster (2) mit der Gestalt der Abdeckfläche des oberen Teiles des Sitzteiles und auf der Aussenseite des Trägers (1) eine zusammen mit dem Umfang (8) der Platte (9) die vorgenannten Klemmmittel (4) bildende Randleiste (7) abgrenzt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die auf der Aussenseite des Trägers (1) und die vorgenannte Randleiste (7) aufweisende Wand (6b) der Nut (6) mit an einer Vakuumquelle angeschlossenen Offnungen (12) versehen ist, welche es dem den Sitzteil umgebenden Streifen (5) gestattet, sich an die besagte Wand anzuschmiegen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorgenannte Platte (9) durch einen an an einem Rahmen (15), mit dem der eine Form bildende Träger (1) fest verbunden ist, gelenkig angeordneten Kraftzylinder (25) betätigbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorgenannte Rahmen (15) an einer Muffe (19) befestigt ist, welche an einem Teil (20) mit Endstück (21) drehbar angeordnet ist, welches geeignet ist, durch die Zangen (22) eines Roboters (23) ergriffen zu werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorgenannte Platte (19) an dem Rahmen (15) über ein Rollenlager (24) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch Indexierungsmittel (27, 28), um die relativen Stellungen des eine Form bildenden Trägers (1) und der Platte (9) zu orten.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch ein einem Rückstellmittel zugeordnetes und an dem vorgenannten Rahmen (15) befestigtes Seil (29), um insbesondere das Zurückhalten des Rahmens während der durch den Roboter (23) durchgeführten Drehung des eine Form bildenden Trägers (1) zu ermöglichen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorgenannte Rahmen (15) etwa die Gestalt eines U's aufweist, zwischen dessen Schenkeln der eine Form bildende Träger (1) und die Platte (9) zur gleichzeitigen Drehung angeordnet sind, wobei die letztere mit einem (16) der Schenkel des U's über das vorgenannte Rollenlager (24) fest verbunden ist, welcher Schenkel an dem Restteil (18) dieses U's angelenkt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das vorgenannte Polster (2) mit Mitteln, wie z.B. jedes Rutschen des die Abdeckfläche des Sitzteiles bildenden Teiles (3) verhindernden Rauheiten versehen ist.
