Definitions
- the invention relates to a ramming device with a plurality of guides and a striking mass movable thereon by means of a hydraulic cylinder.
- Such a ramming device is known from DE-PS 31 07 140. It has a cylinder-piston unit actuated by pressure medium, which is moved along a guide, in particular a leader, an impact mass guided on sliders or rollers.
- the pressure-operated cylinder-piston unit is arranged in the middle between two guides.
- the impact body also has a central, sack-shaped recess for receiving the cylinder-piston unit. When the impact mass, which is attached to the cylinder-piston unit, moves upwards, it dips into the recess.
- the entire piston-cylinder unit with impact body and guides is arranged within a closed housing.
- the advantageously short overall length is purchased with the disadvantage of reduced impact energy.
- the overall weight of the system and the manufacturing effort are disadvantageously increased by the outer steel casing provided to reduce the noise emissions.
- the object of the invention is to provide a ramming device which, despite being as short as possible, can nevertheless emit high impact energies, the sound emission being to be reduced.
- the arrangement of the hydraulic cylinder outside the center of the impact mass makes it possible to use impact masses whose weight is not reduced by recesses for an immersing cylinder. Since the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder acts on the lower end of the impact mass and the cylinder-piston unit is arranged next to the impact mass, the overall length for the ramming device according to the invention is advantageously short.
- the executives can be reduced even more advantageously if the axes of the guides arranged to the side of the plane of symmetry lie in planes which form an angle of 120 ° or less with respect to one another.
- the measure has the same effect that the axis of the hydraulic cylinder is arranged within a prism intended to connect the guide axes.
- the impact mass is not designed to be beam-symmetrical but essentially fold-symmetrical with respect to the plane of symmetry, and thereby the surfaces of the Impact mass on both sides of a plane imagined by the center of gravity, which is approximately equal to the plane of symmetry, results in an advantageously uniform loading of the pile.
- the impact mass has a cavity with a closed and preferably an open end. wherein the cavity is either filled with lead or with a composite material consisting of a first elastomeric and / or plastic component and a second heavy metal component.
- the result is a particularly compact construction in which the cylinder is also advantageously protected.
- Fig. 1 shows an axial section through the ramming device according to the invention
- Fig. 2 shows a horizontal section through the ramming device according to the invention along the section line II-II.
- 1 means a ramming device in which the impact mass 2 can be moved laterally on the guides 3, 4 by means of a hydraulic cylinder 5 attached to it and the piston rod 6.
- the guides 3, 4 are held at their respective ends so that they are parallel to one another.
- the impact mass 2 has guide openings 9 through which the guides 3, 4 pass.
- the center of gravity of the impact mass 2 moves on a movement path 10 shown in dash-dotted lines parallel to the guides 3, 4.
- the ramming device is supported with the support ring 20 on the pile.
- An elastic intermediate ring 21 is arranged between the base ring 8 and the support ring 20, which inter alia is intended to dampen shocks.
- the parts 8, 20, 21 act as a ring element which additionally impedes the propagation of the sound waves when the impact mass hits the pile.
- Hydraulic cylinder 5 with piston rod 6, which is connected to head plate 7 via part 11, is used to drive impact mass 2.
- the part 11 also serves as a mounting plate for fastening the necessary control elements for the
- Hydraulic cylinder 5 The free end of the movable piston rod 6 is attached to the striking mass by a suitable coupling 12, so that the striking mass can be moved up and down by the piston rod. As can be seen from the drawing, the cylinder-piston unit attacks the center of gravity 10 of the impact mass 2.
- the hydraulic cylinder is not only arranged outside the center of gravity of the impact mass 10, but is also arranged within a prism intended to connect the axes of the guide, which is formed by the levels 14 and level 15 shown in broken lines
- the indentation 18 of the impact mass 2 offers the hydraulic cylinder 5 particularly good protection and thus contributes to avoiding malfunctions.
- the impact mass 2 has an upwardly open cavity 16 which is filled with composite material 17.
- a novel ramming device with an off-center drive was thus created, which has an advantageously short overall length and emits less sound.

Abstract
A pile driving device comprises several guides (3, 4) and a percussive mass (2) capable of being displaced by a hydraulic cylinder (5, 6) whose longitudinal axis is arranged outside the path of the center of gravity of impactful mass. In one embodiment, three guides parallel to the path followed by the center of gravity guide the percussive mass, the latter being preferably guided to the ends of the guides.
