- a disadvantage of this previously used auxiliary support is that the connections for anchoring the carrier to the formwork have to be loosened each time a formwork ring is moved through the erector with the folded formwork ring. Furthermore, these limited number of unwieldy braces of the auxiliary support connected to the formwork generate forces which are the cause of a very unfavorable load on the formwork, the front formwork section being completely relieved of longitudinal forces during the reinforcement.
- the invention intends to further develop a support for a jacking shield of the generic type such that when a new formwork ring for in-situ concrete expansion is set, the driving shield can be securely supported on the formwork rings, the course of forces in the formwork and in-situ concrete expansion during the auxiliary support is virtually unchanged from the state of the advance remains.
- the auxiliary support of the shield during the relocation of the formwork rings is brought about by length-adjustable support units arranged concentrically on the inside of the jacket.
- these support units are simple elements that are common in tunnel construction and can be actuated fully mechanically.
- the support units on separate lugs on the outer surface of the formwork outside the abutting surfaces of the individual formwork rings do not require any additional handles on the formwork or on the traveling girder if a formwork ring is to be moved.
- the freedom of movement of the erector on the carriage is not restricted by any auxiliary devices for supporting the shield.
- the installation of the support units according to the invention requires a slight extension of the tail part of the shield and a shield tail seal with an enlarged working area, which results from the widening of the annular gap necessary for the sliding over of the lugs.
- a tunnel tube 2 is opened with a shield 1.
- the lining 3 of the tunnel tube 2 consists of in-situ concrete, which is pressed through openings in the front formwork 4 into the annular gap 5, which the breakout profile 6 and the outer surface of the inner formwork 7 form together.
- the inner formwork 7 is built up from formwork rings 8.9.
- the jacking presses 12 are supported at the front against the shield 1 and at the rear via a pressure ring 13 on the end face 11 of the foremost formwork ring 9.
- the jacking presses 12 transmit the reaction forces from the jacking and any excess pressure in the excavation chamber 14 to the inner formwork 7.
- the jacking presses 12 are pulled in with the pressure ring 13 in order to make room for inserting a formwork ring 10 which has been removed from the rear end of the inner formwork 7 in front of the last installed formwork ring 9 of the inner formwork.
- the formwork ring 10 can be dismantled unhindered by the support units 16 from the erector 18 movable on the driving beam 19 at the rear end of the inner formwork 7, transported to the front end of the inner formwork 7 and reinstalled will.
- the jacking presses 12 are pressed with the pressure ring 13 against the end face 11 of the newly installed formwork ring and a new jacking section can begin.
- the supports 16 can be withdrawn. While the supports 16 are in operation, suitable devices - in the example a hydraulic cylinder 21 - press the head 20 of the support 16 against the outer surface of the inner formwork 7.
- the tail 15 with the front formwork 4 and the tail seal 22 must slide over the lugs 17.
- the lugs 17 are therefore expediently tapering backwards against the formwork surface with a slight slope and the annular gap 23 between the end formwork 4 and the outer surface of the inner formwork 7 is correspondingly wider.
- a shield tail seal 22 with a correspondingly enlarged working area must be provided.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a support for a jacking shield, as described in the preamble of claim 1.
When tunneling with tunneling shields, reactions of the tunneling forces and, if a pressure medium is used to support the working face in the excavation chamber, backward reaction forces arise from the support pressure on the rear wall of the excavation chamber, which as a rule via the completed tunnel wall back into the Mountains surrounding tunnels can be derived. For reasons of economy, the reaction forces where possible - e.g. B. in segment lining - directly in the shield tail on the lining.
In the case of linings in in-situ concrete, the reaction forces cannot be transferred directly to the lining. The pressure of the freshly poured concrete on the forehead formwork in the annular space is generally not sufficient to absorb the reaction forces that arise during driving. They are therefore introduced at the front of the formwork and released from the formwork by skin friction to the already hardened concrete in the rear, switched area.
When moving the formwork from the end of the switched area to the beginning in the course of tunneling after a tunneling section, the jacking presses supported on the formwork must be moved back at least in the area to be cleared for the installation of the formwork part to be moved. The shield is not supported by jacking presses for the period of implementation of this formwork part, at least in sections of the shield circumference.
For reasons of economy, it has prevailed when installing in-situ concrete to implement complete formwork rings. The shield then lacks any support from the jacking presses in the period of moving a ring. For temporary support when moving a formwork ring, it is known from DE OS 36 28 028 to use as an auxiliary support the already existing driving beam, which is supported at the front in the shield and at the rear in the hardened expansion concrete when switched off. In order to prevent the shield from running back, this driving beam is anchored to the formwork in the rear area of the already solidified concrete with the aid of fold-out spreading presses or with the aid of cable pulls.
A disadvantage of this previously used auxiliary support is that the connections for anchoring the carrier to the formwork have to be loosened each time a formwork ring is moved through the erector with the folded formwork ring. Furthermore, these limited number of unwieldy braces of the auxiliary support connected to the formwork generate forces which are the cause of a very unfavorable load on the formwork, the front formwork section being completely relieved of longitudinal forces during the reinforcement.
The invention intends to further develop a support for a jacking shield of the generic type such that when a new formwork ring for in-situ concrete expansion is set, the driving shield can be securely supported on the formwork rings, the course of forces in the formwork and in-situ concrete expansion during the auxiliary support is virtually unchanged from the state of the advance remains.
The object is achieved by the support described in the characterizing part of claim 1. Embodiments of the invention are described in the subclaims.
The auxiliary support of the shield during the relocation of the formwork rings is brought about by length-adjustable support units arranged concentrically on the inside of the jacket. For example, designed as hydraulic presses, these support units are simple elements that are common in tunnel construction and can be actuated fully mechanically. The support units on separate lugs on the outer surface of the formwork outside the abutting surfaces of the individual formwork rings do not require any additional handles on the formwork or on the traveling girder if a formwork ring is to be moved. The freedom of movement of the erector on the carriage is not restricted by any auxiliary devices for supporting the shield. The introduction of the forces of the auxiliary support near the face of the formwork changes the introduction of the reaction forces of the shield only insignificantly compared to the state of propulsion. The installation of the support units according to the invention requires a slight extension of the tail part of the shield and a shield tail seal with an enlarged working area, which results from the widening of the annular gap necessary for the sliding over of the lugs.

After completion of a tunneling section, which has approximately the length of a formwork ring width, the
So that the shield 1 does not remain unsupported during the implementation of the
During further driving, the
