Abstract

In Bacillus exprimierbares Bacillus Plasmid, enthaltend einen Promotor für die Expression von Proteinen und in funktions­ fähiger Weise damit verknüpft das Strukturgen eines Enzyms, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es einen Protease-Promotor ver­ knüpft mit einem Amylase-Strukturgen enthält.
