Claims (6)

1. Einrichtung zum Reinigen der Fassadenflächen (1a, 2a, 3a, 4a) und der Innenflächen (1b, 2b, 4b) eines Rahmens (C) einer Koksofentür, umfassend ein erstes Gestell (11), welches dem Rahmen der zu reinigenden Türe genähert, von diesem entfernt und diesem gegenüber positioniert werden kann, ein zweites Gestell (12), welches vor dem ersten Gestell (11) angeordnet und relativ zu diesem letzteren vertikal beweglich (A) ist, ferner zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Gestell angeordnete Führungsmittel (18) sowie Antriebsmittel (21) zum Erzeugen der genannten vertikalen Auf- und Abbewegung, wobei das zweite Gestell (12) den Träger für eine Vielzahl von Werkzeugen (23, 27, 36, 40) zum Bürsten des Türrahmens bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Werkzeuge eine erste Anordnung von Fräswerkzeugen (23) zum Reinigen der Fassadenflächen (1a, 2a) der Seitenstreben des Türrahmens umfassen, die drehbar in Lagern (22) montiert sind, welche seitlich am zweiten Gestell (12) angeordnet sind, wobei jedes Fräswerkzeug fest mit einem Antriebsschaft (24) verbunden ist, welcher mit einer seitlichen, am ersten, festen Gestell (11) angeordneten Zahnstange (26) zusammenwirkt, sowie eine weitere Anordnung von Fräswerkzeugen (27), die drehbar an einem im unteren Bereich des ersten Gestells (11) horizontal verfahrbaren Wagen (13) montiert sind, wobei jedes Fräswerkzeug mittels eines Schaftes (29) mit einer festen Zahnstange (31) zusammenwirkt, die fest am unteren Teil des ersten Gestells angeordnet ist, und wobei der Wagen (13) mit dem zweiten Gestell (12) über einen Mechanismus (42 - 46) zur Transformation der Vertikalbewegung des zweiten Gestells (12) in eine gekoppelte Horizontalbewegung des Wagens (13) entlang dem ersten Gestell (11) verbunden ist.
2. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten Werkzeuge außerdem eine horizontale, mit dem zweiten Gestell (12) fest verbundene Klinge (40) umfassen, die am oberen Teil der letzteren angeordnet ist.

Einrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Werkzeuge zum Bürsten des Türrahmens eine Vielzahl von Schabeklingen (37) umfassen, die am zweiten Gestell (12) an der Vorderfläche desselben mittels elastischer Befestigungsblöcke (38) befestigt sind derart, daß sie seitlich und nach vorn über die Wirkebene der Fräswerkzeuge (23) überstehen, so daß sie mit Innenflächen (1b, 2b) der Streben des Türrahmens in Kontakt gebracht werden können.

Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß, nachdem die Innenflächen (1b, 2b) gegenüber der Ebene der Fassadenflächen (1a, 1b) des Türrahmens schräg stehen, die Wirkkanten (37) der Schabeklingen (36a, 36b) in zwei vertikalen Ebenen gehalten werden, die vom zweiten Gestell (12) aus nach vorne konvergieren, wobei die Klingen zwischen die seitlichen Fräswerkzeuge (23) dieses zweiten Gestells geschachtelt sind.
5. Einrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Fräswerkzeug (23, 27) in seinem Lager (22, 28) gegen ein in axialer Richtung elastisch verformbares Element (33) anliegend montiert ist.

Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mechanismus zum Verbinden des Wagens (13) mit dem zweiten Gestell (12) einen hin- und herschwingenden Hebel (46) umfaßt, welcher mit einem seiner Enden (46a) gelenkig am ersten Gestell (11) gelagert ist, wobei sein zweites Ende (46b) mit dem Wagen (13) über eine in vertikaler Richtung verschiebbare Verbindung gekoppelt ist, wobei ferner der Hebel (46) zwischen seinen beiden Enden mit einem Antriebszapfen (46) verbunden ist, welcher exzentrisch an einem Zahnrad (43), das um eine an einem der Gestelle (11, 12) gehaltene Achse (44) drehbar gelagert ist, angeordnet ist und senkrecht zu seiner Bewegungsebene steht, wobei das Zahnrad (43) mit einer fest mit dem anderen der Gestelle (12, 11) verbundenen Zahnstange (42) zusammenwirkt.
