Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Doppelgewebe als Sieb­ gewebe für die Naßpartie einer Papiermaschine.
Die Vorteile der doppellagigen Gewebe, die nur mit einem Längsfadensystem versehen sind, und die Vor­ teile von Mehrfachgeweben, die wenigstens zwei Längsfadensysteme aufweisen, werden in einem Gewe­ be vereinigt, ohne dabei die Nachteile der bisheri­ gen Gewebe zu übernehmen.
Das erfindungsgemäße Doppelgewebe besteht aus zwei Sätzen Längsfäden und wenigstens einer oberen und einer unteren Lage Querfäden, wobei der erste Satz Längsfäden nur mit der oberen Lage Querfäden ver­ webt ist und der zweite Satz Längsfäden sowohl mit der unteren Lage Querfäden 50 bis 53 als auch wenig­ stens teilweise mit der oberen Lage Querfäden 40 bis 47 verwebt ist, wobei die beiden Sätze Längsfäden mit der oberen Lage Querfäden ein sich wiederholen­ des Webmuster bilden, in dem wenigstens ein Tei der oberen Querfäden 41, 43, 45, 47 von wenigstens drei aufeinanderfolgenden Längsfäden unterquert und da­ nach von wenigstens drei aufeinanderfolgenden Längs­ fäden überquert werden, wobei von den letztgenannten wenigstens drei aufeinanderfolgenden Längsfäden we­ nigstens zwei dem ersten Satz und einer dem zweiten Satz angehören, und der letztgenannte Längsfaden des zweiten Satzes nur einen oberen Querfaden innerhalb des Webmusters (Rapport) überquert, während die Längsfäden des ersten Satzes wenigstens einmal in­ nerhalb des Webmusters zwei aufeinanderfolgende obere Querfäden überqueren.
