In jüngerer Zeit werden aber auch soge­nannte Schlafsofas in ähnlicher Weise aufgebaut, indem ein mit Lattenrost und Posterauflage versehener Einschub einen im eingeschobenen Zustand darunter be­findlichen anderen Lattenrost(-abschnitt) übergreift, welcher mit dem (ortsfesten) Tragrahmen oder einem ebenfalls herausziehbaren, vom Einschub geschleppten Zwischenteil verbunden ist. Im herausgezogenen Zustand des Einschubs befinden sich - beispielsweise, je nach konstruktiver Ausführung - die beiden Lattenrostab­schnitte in der Höhe verstaffelt neben- bzw. hinter­einander, und ein entsprechend unterschiedlich dickes, abklappbares Polsterteil gleicht den Höhenunterschied zur Bildung einer durchgehenden Liegefläche aus.Such pieces of furniture are generally box-type furniture, such as cupboards, chests of drawers, etc., which have a base drawer - or several thereof - below the supporting frame designed as a crown base. Ein Problem bei allen derartigen Sockel-Einschüben besteht darin, daß ihr Herausziehen aus der eingescho­benen Ruhestellung Mühe macht, weil man an der Blende nicht angreifen kann; einerlei, ob das Gewicht des Einschubs am ortsfesten Teil (mittels entsprechender Stützführungen) oder - wie bei Schlafsofas üblich - mittels Rollen unmittelbar auf den Boden abgetragen wird. Dabei spielt auch eine Rolle, daß derartige Einschübe nicht als solche erkennbar sein sollen und deshalb die Anbringung von Handgriffen o. dgl. nicht in Frage kommt. Ebensowenig befriedigen Handgriffleisten oder Griffausnehmungen an der Blende, wie sie (über die gesamte Blendenbreite durchgehend) beispielsweise aus der DE-A 1 554 135 und dem DE-U-83 18 827 bekannt sind; bei diesen kommt noch hinzu, daß sie nur schmale An­griffsflächen bieten und praktisch nicht mit Stoff (Textilgewebe) überzogen bzw. überpolstert werden können.A problem with all such plug-in inserts is that pulling them out of the inserted rest position is difficult because one cannot attack the cover; it doesn't matter whether the weight of the slide-in unit is removed from the stationary part (using appropriate support guides) or - as is customary with sofa beds - by means of rollers directly on the floor. Wegen dieses Abstandes ist der obere Blenden- bzw. In Fig. 2, welche ebenso wie Fig. 3 einen Teil des herausgezogenen Einschubs 1 zeigt, ist der Rücksprung mit x bezeichnet.
