Abstract

1. Zwar ist auch hier ein Auszugsrahmen nach vorn ausziehbar und in der ausgezogenen Stellung abgestützt. Dieser Auszugsrahmen ist aber nicht auf einem als Bettkasten dienenden unteren Rahmen ausziehbar. Wegen des Fehlens dieses Bettkastens ist es notwendig, daß das bekannte Möbel zwei Seitenteile aufweist, die durch zwei Winkelschienen an ihrer Unterseite miteinander verbunden sind. Weiterhin sind Nuten notwendig, in denen der Rahmen auf Rollen gleitet. Der Rahmen wird sowohl in der Sitz als auch in der Liegestellung freitragend abgestützt, was eine relativ aufwendige Konstruktion erfordert. Auch der Rückenklapprahmen ist freitragend in der Sitzposition lediglich durch eine Rolle, die in einer vertikal nach hinten verlaufenden Nut der Armteile lagert, und durch eine zweite Rolle, die über eine Ausnehmung in eine horizontale Nut eingeführt wird, abgestützt. Entsprechend Fig. 1 ist über einem Bettkasten (1), der aus einem Vorderrahmen (10), einem Hinterrahmen (11), zwei Seitenrahmen (12) und einem Boden (14) mit zwei hinteren Positionsrollen (15) besteht, ein Auszugsrahmen (3) mit einem Sitzpolster (30) angeordnet. Die Sitz- bzw. Liegehöhe (31) ergibt sich aus der Höhe von Bettkasten (1) und Sitzpolster (30). Sie entspricht, wie Fig. 2 zeigt, auch der Höhe (52) des Rückenpolsters. Der Auszugsrahmen (3) ist über Rollen (21) mit Gleitschienen (20) im Inneren des Bettkastens verbunden, die in die Seitenrahmen (12) eingelassen sind. Die Rollen (21) haben ein Rollenverbindungsstück (22), an dem ein Scharnier (23) befestigt ist. Die Schwenkdecke (45) hat den Vorteil, daß in der Liegestellung eine zusätzliche, wärmedämmende Abdeckung über der Sitzpolsterung (30) erreicht und gleichzeitig vermieden wird, daß der Benutzer aus hygienischen Gründen nicht auf dem Sitzpolster liegen muß. Die Klapprahmenpolsterung (40) ist dem Sitzpolster (30) angeglichen. Bei dem Möbel nach Fig. 8 sind zwei Armteile, die im Detail in Fig. 10 dargestellt sind, vorgesehen. Hierbei ist ein Auszugsseitenteil (61) am Auszugsrahmen (3) befestigt, während ein weiteres feststehendes Auszugsseitenteil (60) am Bettkastenseitenteil (12) über ein Distanzstück (62) angeschraubt ist. Innenseitig am Rückenklapprahmen (7) ist eine Schwenkdecke (114) scharnierartig an der oberen hinteren Kante des Rückenklapprahmens befestigt. Seitlich wird die Schwenkdecke durch einen Klettenverschluß (115) oder einen Reißverschluß gehalten und ist am Rahmen (7) durch ein Scharnier (116) befestigt. 9. Furniture for sitting and sleeping according to claim 7 characterized in that the supplementary cushion (94) is divided into a middle (95) and two outer cushion sections, whereby the outer cushions are each one half as long as the total width of the surface for lying down.

10. Furniture for sitting and sleeping according to claims 7 or 8 characterized in that the swivel cover (45) is held in place by means of a zipper or velcro tape (98, 99) at the front bottom edge of the seating cushion (30) and at the back top edge of the flip-over back frame (4).

11. Furniture for sitting and sleeping according to claims 1 through 6 characterized in that the backrest cushion (5) is connected to the retractable pull-out frame (3) by means of a spring fixture (2) and in the seating position rests at the same height as the seating surface of the seating cushion (30), and in that a supplementary cushion (8), which is attached by means of a separable hinge (6) attached to its back edge and which rests upright on the seating cushion (30), is placed in front of the backrest cushion (5), and in that the seating cushion and backrest cushion (30, 5) are each placed on a supporting frame (17, 18) that is at the same height as the flip-over back frame (7) so that in the lying down position, the seating, back, and supplementary cushions (30, 5, 8) form a level sleeping surface.

12. Furniture for sitting and sleeping according to claim 1 through 6 characterized in that the backrest cushion (5) is attached to the retractable pull-out frame (3) by a spring fixture (2), and in that in the seating position the backrest cushion (5), at the same height as the seating level, has a second back cushion (9) attached to the flip-over back frame (7) at the back by means of velcro tapes, whereby both back cushions (5, 9) rest behind the seating cushion (30), and in that the seating cushion and and first back cushion (30, 5) are each placed upon a supporting frame (17, 18) that is at the same height as the flip-over back frame (7) so that in the sleeping position, the seating cushion and the two back cushions form a level sleeping surface.

13. Furniture for sitting and sleeping according to claim 12 characterized in that in the seating position there are velcro tapes (86) attached to the back of the flip-over back frame (7) to enable the attachment of the second backrest cushion (9) in the sleeping position.

14. Furniture for sitting and sleeping according to claims 12 or 13 characterized in that the back wall (67) of the bedding box (1) has a catch (87) that can be moved vertically in order to angle the second back cushion when in the lying down position.

15. Furniture for sitting and sleeping according to one of the claims 1 through 6 characterized in that the backrest cushion (5) is attached to the retractable pull-out frame (3) by means of a spring fixture (2) and in the sitting position rests at the same height as the seating surface of the seating cushion (30), and in that a second backrest cushion is attached to the back of the flip-over back frame (7), and in that the seating cushion and the backrest cushion (30, 5) each rest on a supporting frame (17, 18) that is at the same height at the flip-over back frame (7) so that in the sleeping position the seating cushion and the two back cushions (30, 5, 9) form a level sleeping surface.

16. Furniture for sitting and sleeping according to claim 15 characterized in that the retractable pull-out frame (3) has extensions (89) that rest in recesses (90) in the flip-over back frame (7) and the second backrest cushion (9).

17. Furniture for sitting and sleeping with multiple cushions that can be utilized alternatively for seating furniture or as a couch for lying down, whereby the seating cushion (30) is attached at the back top edge to the back bottom edge to the backrest cushion (5), which has been reduced by the seating depth, by means of a detachable hinge-like construction, whereby the retractable pull-out frame (3) is supported by a frame that functions as a bedding box (1), which can be pulled out at the front and is supported in the extended position, characterized in that the backrest cushion (5) rests on a flip-over back frame (4) that is connected to the side frames of the bedding box (1) by means of folding hinges (41) and, in the sleeping position, can be flipped over onto the latter, whereby the seating cushion (30) is divided in the mid-section into a lower and upper cushion (35, 36) that is connected by means of a detachable hinge (37), whereby in the lying down position the seating cushion (30) rests on the flip-over back frame.

18. Furniture for sitting and sleeping according to claims 1 through 6 and 17 characterized in that the flip-over back frames (4, 7) is angled towards the top in the seating position.

19. Furniture for sitting and sleeping according to claim 17 characterized in that a supplementary cushion (5) rests on the backrest cushion (4) in the seating position.

20. Furniture for sitting and sleeping according to claim 17 characterized in that under the retractable pull-out frame (3) a second retractable frame (102) rests that can be pulled out to the stopper (103) at the front of the bedding box (1), and in that the flipped over lower and upper cushions (35, 36) form a level surface in the lying down position and with the back cushion (77) placed on it form the total sleeping surface, and in that the upper retractable pull-out frame (3) can be extended to the front supporting frame (102) and can be affixed by means of a stopper (110) and with the element facing the head end resting on the retractable frame (102).
