Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine explosionsgeschützte Leuchte (10, 11, 20), insbesondere Signal- und/oder Meldeleuch­ te, mit einem Leuchtengehäuse (12, 22), das zur Aufnahme von Leuchtmitteln (18) dient. Das Leuchtengehäuse (12, 22) besitzt einen Tragkörper (14, 24) und eine damit verbundene lichtdurchlässige Abdeckung (16, 26), die zusammen einen druckfest gekapselten Raum einschließen. Als Leuchtmittel (18) sind in dem Leuchtengehäuse (12, 22) wenigstens zwei Leuchtstofflampen angeordnet, welche einzeln ansteuerbar sind.
