Claims (9)

1. Procédé de lavage de vaisselle à la machine pour lavage séquentiel d'une série de charges, chacune étant soumise à un cycle de lavage dans lequel elle est aspergée d'une solution de lavage à partir d'un premier système de distribution de liquide, la solution étant recueillie dans un réservoir disposé au-dessous de la charge et ensuite à un cycle de rinçage dans lequel elle est aspergée avec l'eau de rinçage à partir d'un second système de distribution de liquide, de façon que le cycle de lavage comprenne un traitement durant lequel la charge est aspergée avec une quantité relativement petite de solution de lavage concentrée, suivi d'une période de trempage, caractérisé en ce que la solution de lavage concentrée a une concentration de 2,5-50 g/l, ladite solution de lavage concentrée étant distribuée à la charge via le second système de distribution de liquide.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, par lequel la solution de lavage concentrée est préparée par dilution avec l'eau de rinçage.
3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, par lequel la solution de lavage concentrée est pulvérisée sur la charge par dessous.
4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, par lequel la cycle de lavage comprend un premier cycle de pré-lavage dans lequel la charge est aspergée avec la solution de lavage, un second cycle dans lequel la charge est aspergée avec la solution de lavage concentrée ayant une concentration de 2,5-50 g/l suivie d'une période de trempage, et finalement une partie du cycle de lavage dans lequel la charge est aspergée avec une solution de lavage.
5. Procédé selon la revendication 1, par lequel après le cycle de lavage la charge est aspergée avec un produit d'assainissement et/ou de blanchiment qui est distribué via le second système de distribution de liquide.
6. Machine pour lavage de vaisselle à la machine (1) pour laver séquentiellement une série de charges, ladite machine comprenant un réservoir (2) pour recueillir la solution de lavage, une première pompe (4) pour distribuer la solution de lavage aux premiers bras de pulvérisation (5, 6) pour asperger la charge à laver avec la solution de lavage, un propulseur (11) contenant de l'eau de rinçage chauffée qui peut être pulvérisée sur la charge à laver via des seconds bras de pulvérisation (9, 10) caractérisée en ce que sont fournis une seconde pompe (12), des conduits de connexion (13, 14) et des vannes (15, 16) permettant le mélange d'une solution liquide de matière première d'agent nettoyant avec le liquide allant du propulseur (11) vers les seconds bras de pulvérisation (9, 10) d'une manière contrôlée.
7. Machine selon la revendication 6, par laquelle la seconde pompe (12) est seulement connectée via un conduit de connexion (13) et une vanne (15) au second bras de pulvérisation inférieur (9).
8. Machine selon les revendication 6-7, par laquelle il est fourni une troisième pompe connectant les tuyaux et les vannes permettant le mélange d'un produit concentré liquide d'assainissement et/ou de blanchiment aux seconds bras de pulvérisation.
9. Machine selon la revendication 8, par laquelle la troisième pompe est seulement connectée au second bras de pulvérisation inférieur.
