Claims (9)

1. Mechanisches Waschverfahren für Gegenstände für aufeinanderfolgendes Waschen einer Reihe von Ladungen, wobei jede einem Waschzyklus, in dem sie mit einer Waschflüssigkeit aus einem ersten Flüssigkeitszufuhrsystem begossen wird, wobei die Flüssigkeit in einem Tank gesammelt wird, der sich unter der Ladung befindet, und dann einem Spülzyklus in dem sie mit Spülwasser aus einem zweiten Flüssigkeitszufuhrsystem begossen wird, unterzogen wird, wobei der Waschzyklus eine Behandlung umfaßt, während der die Ladung mit einer verhältnismäßig kleinen Menge von konzentrierter Waschflüssigkeit begossen wird gefolgt von einer Einweichphase, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die konzentrierte Waschflüssigkeit eine Konzentration von 2,5-50 g/l hat, wobei diese konzentrierte Waschflüssigkeit der Ladung über das zweite Flüssigkeitszufuhrsystem zugeführt wird.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die konzentrierte Waschflüssigheit durch Verdünnung mit Spülwasser bereitet wird.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die konzentrierte Waschflüssigkeit von unten auf die Ladung gesprüht wird.
4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 wobei der Waschzyklus aus einem ersten Vorwaschzyklus besteht, in dem die Ladung mit Waschflüssigkeit begossen wird, einem zweiten Zyklus, in dem die Ladung mit konzentrierter Waschflüssigkeit mit einer Konzentration von 2,5-50 g/l begossen wird, gefolgt von einer Einweichphase, und schließlich einem Teil des Waschzyklus, in Wem Die Ladung mit Waschflüssigkeit begossen wird.
5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei nach Wem Waschzyklus die Ladung mit einem flüssigen Produkt mit antimikrobieller Wirkung und/oder Bleichprodukt begossen wird, das über Was zweite Flüssigheitszufuhrsystem zugeführt wird.
6. Mechanische Waschmaschine für Gegenstände (1) für das aufeinanderfolgende Waschen einer Reihe von Ladungen, wobei die Maschine einen Tank (2) für das Sammeln der Waschflüssigkeit, eine erste Pumpe (4) für die Zufuhr der Waschflüssigkeit zu den ersten Sprüharmen (5, 6) zum Begießen der Waschladung mit Waschflüssigkeit, einen Booster (11) der erhitztes Spülwasser enthält, Was über einen zweiten Satz Sprüharme (9, 10) über die Ladung gesprüht werden kann, umfaßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß eine zweite Pumpe (12), Verbindungsleitungen (13, 14) und Ventile (15, 16) vorhanden sind die eine Beimengung von flüssiger Reinigungsmittelvorratslösung zu der Flüssigheit, die aus dem Booster (11) in den zweiten Satz Sprüharme (4, 10) übertritt, in geregelter Art und Weise, ermöglichen.
7. Maschine nach Anspruch 6, wobei die zweite Pumpe (12) nur über Verbindungsleitung (13) und Ventil (15) mit dem unteren zweiten Sprüharm (9) verbunden ist.
8. Maschine nach Ansprüchen 6-7, wobei eine Dritte Pumpe, VerbinDungsleitungen und Ventile vorhanden sind, Wie die Beimengung eines konzentrierten, flüssigen Produktes mit antimikrobieller Wirkung und/oder Bleichproduktes zu dem zweiten Satz Sprüharme ermöglichen.
9. Maschine nach Anspruch 8, wobei die dritte Pumpe nur mit dem unteren, zweiten Sprüharm verbunden ist.
