Claims (7)

1. Procédé pour fabriquer un composant pour semelle de skis, qui comportent une couche de semelle, qui est réalisée par extrusion d'un matériau en forme de bande ou de plaque se composant au moins principalement de polyéthylène, caractérisé en ce que le polyéthylène appliqué présente une masse molaire moyenne (poids moyen) compris entre 5.10⁵ et 8.10⁶ et, en ce qu'un matériau mince se composant au moins principalement de matière plastique est colaminé sur une face de surface du matériau en forme de bande ou de laque -avant le refroidissement de celui-ci- au cours de l'extrusion ou après la réalisation de l'extrusion.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on ajoute au cours de l'extrusion en mélange à la masse à extruder se composant au moins principalement de polyéthylène, des additives à faible poids moléculaire tels que des huiles, des paraffines, des agents lubrifiants, des agents hydrophobes et similaires.
3. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le matériau mince colaminé sur la face à laquelle il doit être relié, avec le matériau de semelle en polyéthylène, est muni d'une couche décorative, de préférence réalisée par impression.
4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, le matériau mince colaminé est constitué d'une matière synthétique thermoplastique.
5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'on applique comme matériau mince une feuille qui se compose au moins principalement de polyéthylène présentant une masse molaire moyenne (poids moyen) inférieure à 5.10⁻⁵.
6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le matériau mince colaminé se compose d'un non tissé de fibres, de référence d'un non tissé de fibres polyester.
7. Ski caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un composant de semelle fabriqué conformément à un procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6.
