On sait que dans le domaine des barrages au fil de l'eau, l'on utilise dnas certain cas et particulièrement pour les ouvrages de surface, des clapets qui sont adaptés au réglage du débit ou du niveau en vue de constituer les barrages mobiles par excellence. Un clapet est un élément présentant en section transversale le forme approximative d'une aile d'avion et qui tourillonne longitudinalement pour soit laisser passer l'eau lorsqu'il est orienté à l'horizontale, soit pour la retenir lorsqu'il se dresse à la verticale ou obliquement. Les clapets considérés comportent un joint d'étanchéité longitudinal fixé au seuil du barrage dont la lèvre coopère avec le bord d'attaque ou "bordé" du clapet. De part et d'autre de ce dernier, on a prévu un joint qui réalise l'étanchéité latérale avec le bajoyer correspondant. L'illustration de fig. 1 montre le seuil en béton 1 d'un barrage par rapport auquel est monté un clapet 2 établi de manière usuelle sous la forme d'un caisson présentant en section transversale la forme grossière d'une aile d'avion. Ce clapet est articulé autour d'un arbre 3 s'étendant le long du seuil 1 et dont le mouvement de pivotement est commandé par un vérin hydraulique 4. Le clapet peut prendre la position illustrée en traits pleins en prolongeant le seuil 1 pour permettre le passage de l'eau de l'amont vers l'aval. En dilatant le verin 4, on place le clapet 2 dans la position illustrée en traits discontinus pour laquelle il se trouve substantiellement vertical dans une position de retenue de l'eau. La partie 2a du clapet qui entoure l'arbre 3 est appelée dans la technique usuelle le "bordé". Le seuil présente bien entendu un décrochement 1a permettant le débattement du bordé 2a. Dans ce décrochement est prévu un profilé 5 (fig. 2) fixé à la partie verticale du décrochement 1a et auquel est assujetti un joint 6 dont l'extrémité libre coopère avec le bordé 2a pour assurer l'étanchéité dans le sens longitudinal.The illustration in fig. 1 shows the
Le clapet 2 est monté entre deux bajoyers 7 qui constituent chacun les parois latérales verticales du seuil 1. Chaque bajoyer 7 est revêtu d'une tôle 7a. Sur les deux faces latérales du clapet 2 est monté un joint 8 (fig.4) comportant une lèvre 80 présentant en section tranversale la forme d'une cornière ouverte issue d'un bloc 81 à partir duquel part une nervure arrondie 82 opposée à la lèvre 80. L'aile oblique 80a de la lèvre 80 présente une arête terminale se trouvant dans le même plan que celle latérale 82a de la nervure 82. Cette dernière présente un décrochement 82b qui s'engage sous le bordé 2a du clapet 2. Comme illustré en fig. 5, la partie restante de la périphérie de la nervure 82 se trouve dans le plan du bordé 2a. La nervure 82 considérée est assemblée au bordé 2a au moyen d'une plaquette de même forme 9 qui fixe en sandwich la nervure considérée par rapport au bordé 2a au moyen de boulons d'assemblage. On observe que la lèvre 80 est soutenue par une barrette 2b qui se dresse perpendiculairement à une âme 2c du clapet 2 orientée normalement au bordé 2a. Un profilé 10 permet l'assujettissement de la lèvre 80 par rapport à la barrette 2b. On remarque en fig. 3 que la périphérie de la nervure 82 adjacente au décrochement 82b affleure la face latérale du bordé 2a, tandis que son arête latérale 82a prend appui contre la tôle 7a du bajoyer 7.The

Conformément à l'invention et pour remédier aux inconvénients évoqués au début des présentes, la nervure 110 du joint 11 établi conformément à l'invention en remplacement de celui 8 et qui est pourvu d'une lèvre 111 identique à celle 80 du joint 8, dépasse au-delà de l'arête extrême de l'aile oblique 111a de la lèvre 11 (fig. 6). Dans ces conditions, on prévoit de ménager dans la tôle 7a de revêtement du bajoyer 7 un chambrage cylindrique 7b contre la paroi périphérique circulaire duquel le pourtour 112 de la nervure 110 vient prendre appui. Ce pourtour 110 est également muni d'un décrochement 112a dans lequel s'engage le bordé 2a, ledit pourtour 112 affleurant l'extérieur dudit bordé comme illustré en fig. 8. Là encore, on prévoit une plaquette 12 épousant la forme intérieure de la nervure 110 et qui est située sous le bordé 2a de manière que le décrochement 112a soit pris en sandwich entre celui-ci et ladite plaquette. Des boulons de fixation 13 assurent l'assemblage général. Dans le mode d'exécution conforme à l'invention, le profilé plat référencé 14 (fig. 8), qui correspond à celui 10 du mode d'exécution de fig. 1 à 5, se prolonge par une partie arrondie 14a coopérant avec la surface externe de la nervure 110, sous le bordé 2a.
