Claims (9)

  1. Programmierbare Gehörprothese mit einer Signaleingabeeinrichtung (10) zum Erzeugen eines ein Audiosignal anzeigenden elektrischen Signals,
       einer Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung (12), die so angeschlossen ist, daß sie das elektrische Signal empfängt und ansprechend auf ein Steuerprogramm verarbeitet,
       einer programmierbaren Speichereinrichtung (20, 26), die wirksam mit der Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung (12) verbunden ist und mehrere Steuerprogramme zum Steuern der Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung (12) speichert,
       einer wirksam mit der programmierbaren Speichereinrichtung verbundenen Steuereinrichtung (18, 24), mit deren Hilfe ein Benutzer ein Steuerprogramm wählen kann, und einer an die Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung (12) angeschlossenen Wandlereinrichtung (14) zum Empfangen des verarbeiteten elektrischen Signals,
       gekennzeichnet durch
       eine wirksam mit der programmierbaren Speichereinrichtung (20, 26) und der Steuereinrichtung (18) verbundenen Daten-Sammeleinrichtung (20, 26) zum Aufzeichnen der Wahl der Steuerprogramme durch den Benutzer und der Benutzungsperiode gewählter Steuerprogramme und
       eine an die Daten-Sammeleinrichtung (20, 26) angeschlossene Einrichtung (44) zum Lesen der Daten-Sammeleinrichtung (20, 26).
  2. Gehörprothese nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Steuereinrichtung (18, 24) mit der Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung (12) fernverbunden ist und die Steuereinrichtung (18, 24) eine Signalübertragungseinrichtung (28, 30) zum Übertragen von Steuersignalen zur Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung (12) aufweist.
  3. Gehörprothese nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Steuersignale als Audiosignale übertragen werden und die Signal-Eingabeeinrichtung ein Mikrophon (10) zum Empfangen der Steuersignale aufweist.
  4. Gehörprothese nach Anspruch 2, wobei die programmierbare Speichereinrichtung (20, 26) und die Daten-Sammeleinrichtung (20, 26) in der Steuereinrichtung (9) angeordnet sind.
  5. Gehörprothese nach Anspruch 2, wobei die programmierbare Speichereinrichtung (20) und die Daten-Sammeleinrichtung (20) elektrisch mit der Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung (12) verbunden sind.
  6. Gehörprothese nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Steuereinrichtung (9) eine Mikrophoneinrichtung (32) zum Empfangen von Audiosignalen und eine automatische Programm-Wähleinrichtung (26) aufweist, die auf Eigenschaften von der Mikrophoneinrichtung (32) anspricht, zum automatischen Wählen eines Steuerprogramms.
  7. Gehörprothese nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Daten-Sammeleinrichtung (20) die gesamte Zahl der Änderungen des Steuerprogramms für die Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung (12), die Anzahl der Benutzungen jedes Steuerprogramms für wenigstens eine minimale Zeitperiode und die Gesamtzeit aufzeichnet, für die jedes Steuerprogramm benutzt wird.
  8. Gehörprothese nach Anspruch 7, wobei jedes Steuerprogramm die Verstärkung, die Rauschunterdrückung und die Erkennbarkeits-Verbesserung eines elektrischen Signals durch die Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung (12) steuert.
  9. Verfahren zum Programmieren einer programmierbaren Gehörprothese zur Anpassung an einen individuellen Benutzer
    (a) unter Einstellung der Prothese durch Wahl des Benutzers aus mehreren Signalverarbeitungs-Steuerprogrammen, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Schritte:
    (b) Aufzeichnen der Wahlen der Steuerprogramme durch den Benutzer und der Benutzungsperioden der gewählten Programme in einem Speicher (20, 26),
    (c) Lesen der Wahlen und Benutzungsperioden aus dem Speicher (20, 26) und
    (d) Überprüfen der in der Gehörprothese gespeicherten Signalverarbeitungs-Steuerprogramme auf der Grundlage der Wahlen und Benutzungsperioden.
